i would cut off his tounge DAS it and put the elfs head on a pike and butcher the body

Hmm, I suppose I would bleed the elf first, preferably while they were unconscious, so that their life slowly and calmly fades away(I don't like my food to suffer). Then I would carefully butcher the corpse, and do my very best to whip up a fabulous gourmet banquet out of the body parts. Allowing the elf steak to marinate in the blood for a while would definitely add to the flavor, and can probably be made into a nice soup. And many delicacies can be created from brains, hearts, and other organs.
It's important not to be wasteful, so I would likely save the teeth, hide, and bone for necklaces and other various crafts.

Cut his toes off and eat them.

I would then feed him on mead and plump helmets for long enough that I can grow a tree in front of him. I will then chop that tree down and craft a wooden sword to end his life by cutting his fingers off and watching him bleed to death.

I'm gonna assume mine's wood elf for a second!

I'd tie him up in a way it's impossible for even an elf to escape (a little helplessness for a proud elf there!). Then, I would take all manners of cute wildlife to the deadly ones, all part of nature ofcourse. I'd then butcher each one of them before cutting down trees everywhere, all of this the elf can see (I'll even unmuffle him for his screams of hate!) as I make a nice walled village for humans, with several months worth of meat stored away!

Now that he's been humiliated and seen the very thing he cares about being destroyed (nature, mwahaha) I can get down to the business of killing the elf. Course, I've not really been feeding him or giving him much water, so he's already starving and dehydrated...
You know what! The best way to end the elf is the ignomony of starving to death! I was gonna say his body can rot for all to see, but that would be giving something back to nature, so I'll just... burn it. And... use the ashes to aid our farming that has replaced the forest!

I don't hate elves very much at all. Which is why if I had to kill one, I would try to be respectful and devour their corpse.

I would kill it the dwarven way: stick it in a hallway with the floor coated in traps. Actually, stick a bunch of them in there. Then, if by some miracle some of them make it through, have a small army of iron-clad psychotic midgets waiting to slaughter them on the other side of the door they're going through.

Trap the elf in a 3x3 room filled with necrosis-inducing forgotten beast extract. The room has no lights, or doors, and the chute where he was thrown in is now covered in rough-hewn obsidian, forever sealing the elf in a room where only he himself can hear his screams.
