Lillipad, I assume you meant to pull Donitz to the side? Because you are currently warning me about myself.

While I would have kept that for comedy, I'll edit it out. I'd probably have gotten to it earlier, but I was installing some windows updates to my computer, seeing as it's been two months since I had last done it.

In a couple of days I might not be on for a while. I need to open up my computer to clean it out, and because it doesn't use a generic case, I have no idea where I should start.

Are Morrighan, and Morrigan the same goddess? (I have been confused by this for a while now)

Yup. I used to write it as Morrighan, but then I caught an arrow to the knee I looked it up and it is Morrígan, in the actual mythology.

Well, damn. I totally would have jumped in on this if I had noticed it when it first showed up.

Well... if all five current members don't object, I could handle one more person... though the thing is you won't have a mark :P I used up all the major gods.

Hmm... lets see... umm... yup.

Since you're the one determining how characters start, and not the player, I've got no complaints.

You know you could create another major god, or use a minor god. I'm not entirely sure since I need to look up Mabinogian mythology. I'll make something up tomorrow if you need something written.

I Have a plan, but it hinges entirely on whether Morrigan answers my prayer in this battle. If she does I should technically have the power to fight the Succubus by myself.

No you shouldn't. You've lost the most health, have no armor at all, have no offensive magic, have the worst weapon of the entire group, and the only thing you have to fall back on is a game breaking mechanic the GM has not said exists, and no sensible GM would allow.
Statistically, you and TF should die in the next enemy phase, if not the one we're on now. Why do you both want to charge head first at the hardest things like suicidal freaks so much? Isn't that supposed to be K17U's thing?

I'm doing it to save his life, and my character is already a dead man walking, its no surprise if he does die as it is what he would do.

Also I know the mechanic isn't in there nor is it mentioned at all, if it doesn't exist then I am dead, if it does I have a chance of surviving this either way it is still fun.

Indeed, but there are much better things you could have spent your energy doing. Such as following the plan that was supposed to be the best way to fight the boss. Apparently.

Ya, but then he would have died, and Alexander wouldn't let that happen ..

To each his own. The lawful good person saving the chaotic evil one seems a bit bizarre, but I won't stop you from trying if you really want to. If you survive, then let's just hope that you don't die from blood loss three seconds later.

Somehow I didn't think we were being suicidal. Let's review what we know:

1. This is a test. It would be structured in a logical way, or else it would mean nothing.

2. That is a monster at the end of a test. It was put there for a reason. People don't make tests and then crush you like grapes. That's GlaDos' job, and she isn't even in this game. The monster shouldn't be gamebreaking since we're being forced to fight it.

3. We have to take it down, or it will kill us. Unless I feel diplomatic we'll fight, but even then there is no point in a succubus negotiating if it knows it'll win and if it knows we're noobs (which it should). No adventurers are waiting in the wings to save us, they said they wouldn't kill it, therefore we will have to.

If my action is really that suicidal I'll change it, but from what my character should know this is a hard fight, but not an impossible one. However rushing into a fight when there are traps set up is just stupid, which brings me to the edit...

EDIT: Oh wow. Maybe I shouldn't write character actions after 4 drinks. I'll stay back and draw the skeletons towards us instead of rushing them and ignoring the nice traps we set up. I'll edit the post accordingly, and try to make the other posts fit around it. Drinking or not I should really read posts more carefully.
