The sorcerer did not dare to touch the object.

"Yes, yes it is. Erm...what were the instructions....sir?"

The last word was added reluctantly.

Donitz readies a smoke bomb, just in case, and answers the door. "Good morning, may I help you?"

A venerable looking young man, with a white robe, greeted him. "Hello, good day. We are looking for one escaped and dangerous prisoner, named Lyliss. She is a young girl with short blond, slightly curled hair. She is also quite short. She has escaped from prison recently, and may be armed and dangerous, with the possibility of alchemical assualts."

>Try to get behind the group from a distance.

Griph snuck around the house in a wide arc, and approached it from the front, behind the back of the man. Lyliss crept with him.

Griph whispers to Lyliss: "Do you recognize who that is?"

Erm... I think he's stupid. Lyliss murmured. He's supposed to be undercover, but he has a big big alchemist insigne on his back.

"What aren't you telling me about him?"

Duh, because I don't know him. I can't see his face, either. Lyliss glanced at Griph, before turning her attention back to the man.

"I was to burn it in 10 bottles of blessed water, without using magic. The orb didn't want to light in the blessed water."

Sir, have you considered the fact that fires do not light in water...? The sorcerer commented cautiously, like Zario might smite him if he said something wrong. Or said it in the wrong way.

"I thought it was silly, but when someone hands you something, and gives you instructions with their last breath you tend to respect it. I'd be happy to try again if I can get more bottles of blessed water."

Yes, here, sir. The sorcerer gave Zario a huge jar that was ten times larger than the tiny bottles given out at the church in Tir Chornale. Incidentally, sir, some humans believe that Fomorians are weak to blessed water! As if we were mere zombies, undead construct! The sorcerer shook his head in disgust.

>Go into town and find out where the paladins are based.

Griph sauntered into town, and started asking questions, especially at the tavern, where the effect of alcohol might make lips lighter. He learned that the paladins were camping near the south gate, with row upon row of white tents. The paladins were good business, though, and even paid for the lost field land heartily. Few civilians complained.

Zario grabbed the jar, giving a look of mild disappointment at what the sorcerer was saying. "They seriously think that? They do realize that Kihol is a god, and that the gods bless the water, right? Oh whatever." He put the leathery orb back into his robes, and placed the jar into his bag. "If you want you can watch me retry the instructions. I just need a place to prepare it and maybe another fire kit. Any suggestions on where to find either?"

"If you want you can watch me retry the instructions. I just need a place to prepare it and maybe another fire kit. Any suggestions on where to find either?"

Oh, here - the sorcerer whipped out some paper and scrawled in the Fomorian language - Take this to the supplier, the biggest tent, black and three minute's walk from here to the north. He then turned back to his experiment.

The supplier gave Zario a look that implied he was suspicious. He then ordered in a harsh voice, +Get this human a fire kit!+ Three minutes later, a campfire kit was delivered into his hands. The supplier ogre waved at Zario to leave.

>Scout the camp.

The paladin's camp did not even have guards. Griph walked around the fringes, noticing that all of the tents were identical except for a small plaque on each with a letter and a number. For example, the one in front of him had the number I33.

What did he pay attention to?
