Donitz smirked and played a few chords on his Lute. "Book says we have to smash the orbs to get either monster or make the door open. I'd suggest using some potions if you are hurt before we start breaking them."

Donitz sets up his three traps around the room before people start breaking the orbs, and positions himself near one of them.

Oh.

One paper had blueprints ... blueprints of devices such as a statue of a god, a magic portal of halving, a driving pillar of Atlas, and a electricity shooting staff. The writing was in the writing of monsters.

The other blueprint was about a "Heavy Magic" spell, Ice Spear. It froze everything between the actual target and its caster, could be casted up to five times, exploded after freezing and refroze whatever was in its range, needed an ice wand and finally required one more page. Only one person could could learn it after they collected both pages.

With a shudder, the door slid open. The next room had many locked chests (see dungeon map). It seemed that the keys were supposed to be acquired from the orb room ... Of course, anyone could smash the chests and hope whatever was inside didn't get damaged.

I assumed I had stayed behind in the room with the spiders. I meant to walk into the orb room.

The orb you smashed opened the door.

It seemed that once the trap was defused, the orbs lost their abilities...

Zario noticed Griph pocket the mysterious papers. "Any chance I can take a glance at the papers before we get out of here?"

"I'd rather not hand things out like that. Besides, nothing important was on them. Just some blueprints for a cheap staff, and the plans for a weak spell."

>Keep an eye on Zario in case he attempts to steal the papers. Wait for everyone to finish smashing chests from a safe distance.

"Look. I ain't gonna steal it. You can hold my blades while I look at it if your that paranoid about it." Zario smiled at him. "I'll just need them back before we move on."

Zario was annoyed by Griph's immaturity. He pulled Griph's arm closer to him so he could whisper to him without the others hearing. "The first page is written by an ogre named Kecepe. Now do you want to know what the rest says or not? The others don't need to know what it says." Zario backed up a step and waited for a reply, but was expecting Griph to continue grasping the papers for dear life.
