Use my scythe, and hit the attacking Ragedosa with the blunt end of the stick. Then bring the scythe in a moon shaped circle along with the shaft thus hitting it twice, once with the shaft, and once with the blade.
Alex used the reach of his scythe to attack the ragodesa from afar. He first poked it with his shaft (12 damage/crit) then hit it with the end of the shaft, barely hurting it (1 damage) then cut with the outside blade. Good thing it had one; otherwise it would just be a blunt weapon. The ragodesa intelligently crouched down a bit, and the deadly swing skipped off its carapace top (46 damage/crit). It seemed that the top of its carapace also held a vital spot, as the ragodesa flinched and started spewing insectile fluids.
It then came scuttling over to attack ...
Griph took a pause in combat to glare at Alex.
Who just made a mistake, but luckily hit a weak spot;
>Finish off nearby spider.
He pounced on the wounded ragodesa and hit it successfully for 22 then 27 damage. It let out an eerie screech of despair, and kneeled over, dead. Some gold coins and a couple of bottles clattered to the now wet floor.
Slightly irritated about the spider not dieing after him ponding it three bluddy times with his sword in its face, Thrainn started to get a little bit angry.
"Look, you shouldn't even be here! Just get the hell out. Or at least have the decency to die when I want you to!" He yelled.
The ragodesa paused for a moment, as if he had a point, but it seemed Thrainn wasn't lucky enough for that to happen.
Attack the Ragodesa
Thrainn's sword flung out at the ragodesa, hitting once (54, crit), twice(22) and thrice (25). By the second swing, the spider was already dead. More coins and a log fell to the floor. Thrainn wondered for a moment were the spider was hiding the log ...
Tactical map
Two ragodesa died this turn. A bunch of gold coins, a couple of potions and a log was dropped so far. You people were lucky this turn with criticals, especially Thrainn (he only has a 23% chance) and Alex (if you didn't get a critical, you would probably have been dead by now,...)
