I have a STEAM game I want to give away.   It's a mystery.

The entrance procedure is thus:  Explain the Categorical Imperative in the most amusing way possible.  I have left the exact definition of amusing up to those who wish to enter.  Style points will be awarded for those that go beyond merely explaining it and venture into the realm of defending or castigating it.  Make it perfect!

I will declare a 'winner' and a 'runner up' once there are five (5) qualifying entrants.

I Kant explain that.

By considering the Categorical Imperative, lying and deception are forbidden under any interpretation and in any circumstance. Does that mean it is morally wrong to deceive a bloodthirsty bear by playing dead in the hope that it won't maul you to death?

Can't explain the categorical imperative to you, cause then I would have to explain it to everybody, and theres no way I can do that.

Categorical Imperative n.

1) A hypothetical convention describing immutable behavior in a mutable universe, devised by a fallible, subjective human to describe an infallible, objective truth. Arguments against this concept summed up by originator as "No fair using examples and stuff!"

Usage: I could have done something constructive with my life, but instead I made up the Categorical Imperative. Lol.

2) A blatant trolling attempt perpetrated by Immanuel Kant (who was a real pissant and was very rarely stable). Eh, Bruce? Where's Bruce? He's off on a trip with Bruce!

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

It means it would be ethical to end this contest by selecting a winner before my head hurts from thinking about the Categorical Imperative, because these submissions are not going to be ascetically pleasing.

Given a purpose, creates action.  Given a need, creates desire. Given a world, creates destiny.

Plain, simply, and straight forward. Count me in.  8)
