I was wondering about everyones anticlimactic fights with the supposed "megabeasts"

I'll start
I was sent out by the lord of a human civ to kill some titan in a jungle. I arrived and noticed that the bastard was made of bloody fire. Pretty odd considering hes a jungle titan, anyhoo I walk up to him and he taunts me and charges me. At this point I thought I was screwed I see that if I slap him with my sword it would be a direct hit so I proceed. I slapped the bastards head clean off. Not one drop of my blood or companions blood was spilled.

[Loud Whispers]

Plains Titan, big nasty thing with a venomous bite. Kills all of my victims companions, and proceeds to start lumbering its way towards me. Panicking, I throw my dagger at it (I'm still a moderate newb at Advt. mode ), it dodges off the side of a pretty damn big drop, and long story short, ends in a spectacular corpseplosion.

I one time fought a minotaur and I was like "crap im in front and none of my companions are im screwed." I slashed his body in half in one clean hit.

Saw a dragon. A full grown, thousand year old one. Last megabeast left on the planet. I had my left arm ripped off by some wolf a while back, so I thought I was screwed when it saw me. Threw my trusty !!Candy Dagger!! and it hit his head and hit the brain. I died a few moments afterword in another wolf attack.

It would be the dragon I defeated by doing nothing but having 6 peasants with knives kill it.

I'll admit it was actually a hillarious fight given that the dragon even melted three of them (they died AFTER the fight) and ultimately it felt more like we were the undying hoard of monsters and the dragon was the adventurer just tryin to survive... But... Still... really only a few peasants was enough to take down a dragon?

Myself and my personal army of peasants move in to kill a fire titan, it explodes in one hit, into a ball of fire... I melted before I could put it out.

Do not underestimate peasant weapons! Those things are pointier than spears!

I found a dragons lair, long story short, I came with some peasants there and sent them to die, I was sneaking the whole time and got right under it, after that...

"The Giant Bat dodges!"
"You rush by the Giant Bat!"
"Giant Bat has died of old age."

That's an anticlimax if ever I saw one.

Well, one time I was to fight a forest titan, it was really just a big dude, nothing special.  Nothing special, except that whenI found it it was missing one arm and was covered in scars.  Everywhere.  Before getting to the melee portion of the everything, but my archers lined it up with arrows and it died before I got to it.

Once I killed an ettin, that had basically killed -every- king one particular civ ever had, and their families. Which I found by complete accident by the way.

I beat it to death with it's own severed head.

And minotaurs arent bosses, IIRC theyre easiest task monster to kill.

Your character must be really bad if took you so long to kill him xD
