Yeah, you can't digest rocks, you're not a acid slime, just a regular old clear prismatic slime with a bit of digestive acid. Next you'll want to spit acid or something. Or digest our way out of the cave. Ain't rock spitting enough for you?

If we've got enough acid in us to digest bone and large quantities of mushroom in what is portrayed as a time period of no more than two minutes, we've got enough acid to digest rocks.

Blob ingests the rats. Omnomnomnom. He attempts to absorb their super rat speed but fails. It seems he can only absorb powers from simpler organisms, like other slimes or fungi.
