I've found a source of confirmation as to what the banned players are. I goaded the sjordtim copy to teleport to me in local. I was sealed inside the vault and I checked around the area earlier. The only way he could have gotten in was by seeing me speak in chat (like an admin) and teleported inside the vault with me, like an admin.

So basically, they really are just admins playing characters, ruling out them being empire members in disguise, unless they've been given OP.

During the week admins censored all posts on N@W suggesting they were impersonating the banned ones. So now everything concur to it.

In other news, Corruption is being all kinds of dubious. I have hints taken from online and in the IRC that Crimson may end up being involved in it.

When the first banned players appeared i watched the log list and tab. I can say that tim was digital river was cow (whos arms gave him away) and buttkittens was blackops.  if it was during. the time of their first appearance that hex trapped him then most like admin ported him to you. they can do that. i believe.
