    In Nations at War you can create or join nations, and buy plots. on these plots you can build. you get Iconomy from killing and doing jobs. you use this Icon to buy plots. you can challenge other nations to wars, but after the war the non valuable block reverts back to how it was before the war.

Now, trying to be helpful, I give that advice anyone would give, single sentences will get you nowhere, a clearer use of English such as spelling and grammar is needed. More detail on how you view the mechanics of the server and some pictures and a better "What would you bring" is needed other then what he presented.

i've read the mechanics, they don't really explain them that well... it's all "we might do this, and it might be like that"
so thats the best i can do.

the grammar is fine for the internets, and btw they dont need an english professor, they need a guy that don't grief.

I said to him, that we are not the only ones that say yes or no, that if someone isn't really ready to be sure of the server they are joining and that they do not wish to even take the effort into actually researching it, then we would not have lost anything.

What I think of Nevyn's Fail-Application

So he posted an application that is
A. Too short
B. Is objectively awful in terms of the Mechanics section. (From what I've seen, that's what the major voters over on the N@W forums get most hung up over.)
C. Shows that he has a bad grasp of grammar and punctuation. (Capital letters! Good god, this guy is 25?!)
D. Shows that he is more interested in the war/pvp than the building and diplomacy that comes with it.
That's fine, no big deal. All of these problems can be rectified, except possibly the third one.

Then, when you respond and try to help him, he basically says
A. "I don't understand the damn mechanics, leave me alone"
B. "I don't care that there are capital letters missing, leave me alone"
C. "I'm not rewriting this shitty app, leave me alone"
Warning flag. This guy doesn't want to rethink his app.
That usually means that he thinks that the app is perfect as it is, which is sad and more than a touch delusional.

And then, when you reply back to that (The first+third parts of the second PM should have tipped you off), he just goes that
A. He didn't understand anything you told him.
B. He is a whiny baby that can't take criticism.
C. Would probably not have been a great addition to the server anyway.

It's for the best he took his ball and went home at that point. If you'd actually submitted that, then he'd get pummeled by no votes.
And possibly laughter.

Meta, I'm fine with Crabnumber making an application when they open.  However, I don't think he should have a referral.

Emp has clearly stated that since we don't know him IRL, he needs to be an active member of the Bay12 community.  I'd send a PM to Emp asking about this before submitting an application (or face a potential ban).

If Emp says no, then he can wait until the applications open again (probably fairly soon).
