No, all the stuff there is correct. It just has a bunch of information (the chanserv stuff) that isn't useful if you're not making channels (aka most people).

To get voice on the IRC, post in this thread ----> http://nationsatwar.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1445 asking for voice on the IRC (once you have connected to the IRC once and done all the /msg stuff).

How long ago did you apply, who throught and how? Did you apply when the Applications were last open, which was when anyone could join I believe, or did you send us an Application and it was denied. What was your name and we can have a look at why you were denied...
