Jilganheim watched the god ape leave, "I am not your brother" the figure spoke before fading away. He didn't know these beasts like he did, they were corrupt, they enslaved, and they would simply enslave the Bear Clan as well. He wouldn't allow that. He made is way south into the hills, were he came upon a small Bear Clan village. With his hood up he sat with a group of wind-riders around a great roaring fire. They were trading humorous stories.
"and then she said, if you were as good with your spear as you were with your tool, we'd probably be able to feed all of our children!" said one of the wind-riders. He was met with many laughs, and a few groans, "Ha ha ha, alright alright, your turn friend." Said the same wind-rider to the hooded figure.
"Me?" spoke the figure.
"Yes, Yes of course, you must tell a story to the fire, and it will keep it fed, as long as there are men around it."
"Hm.. fine.. have you heard of Jilganheim?" asked the hooded man.
"You mean the rat from the slave tribes? I heard one tale from a runaway once, and how he freed the slaver Aford."
"Slaver? No Aford was a slave, like the others, he was being punished for killing the slaver's son." the hooded figure spoke softly, "Also he was a weasel, not a rat!"
"Fine fine, just tell your story friend."
"This story is about Jilganheim and the Bear clan. The bear clan had grown content, they lived freely, but their god grew angry at their arrogance. He gave and gave, and they took and took. Then one day, the god met with Jilganheim in the woods of the weasel clan. He had grown displeased with their insolence, and how they didn't worship him. He told Jilganheim how he wanted the slavers to capture the bear clan and punish them. But Jilganheim had no claim to the slavers, he had disowned them as evil and cruel, as they viewed even himself as such. The god grew angry and shook the earth, but Jilganheim stood against him, claiming he will stop his great plans by helping the Bear clan free their wind-rider brothers from slavery, and live in peace, instead of in chains. Dolrael claimed he wanted to protect everyone from the southern wind-riders, though his plan was to have tyrannical control, to choose who you loved, and who you were. He would force you to worship him, allowing him to grow even more powerful as you lived in filth." the figure was interrupted.
"This never happened what are you going on about?" asked one of the wind-riders.
"Your right, it hasn't happened. Yet." The figure removed his hood, the wind-riders gasped as they reeled back in terror at the sight of the void.
"Y.. Your face, what happened to you, friend?" asked the first wind-rider.
"Oh.. I should explain." The figure pointed at his 'face' , "This... is what Jilganheim looks like." and with that the figure vanished. His voiced echoed out from the beyond, "Heh heh heh, also, thanks for the joke. Good with your spear as you are with your tool, PHHhahahaHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Ha.. hahahaa Classic."
Jilganheim spreads the seeds of doubt(about Dolrael protecting them) among Dolrael's old followers, while making himself known. His intentions being that the weasel clan be dissolved, instead of the bear clan being absorbed by it.
