@Vagel7
I don't want to be nitpicking but it seams that you're trying to accomplish a lot whit a simple act. (You seem to be using three acts actually: 1 for all the commanding people stuff, 1 for inventing poisons/ spreading poison knowledge/ 1 forcreating the warrior caste + advanced spear uses)

Actually in a chat Iituem told me that with 1 minor action I can further 3 techs and since I already know poisons. Also me appearing in my human form wouldn't cost an act for such a short time. Unless I understood him wrong.

That's interesting, I didn't know about the tech thing.
So if i'm understanding it right advancing a technology is equivalent to having a technology spread from/to a neightbouring tribe.

well lets look again then:

Creating a warrior Caste: 1 Act ( you jettison their complete social system and exchange it with a different one)
making better spears:  1/3 Act ( advancing an existing tech)
The Way of the Spear: 1 Act ( you are creating a new "tech"...at least in my eyes a specified way of fighting (karate, tek wan doo and so on...) is counting as its own Technology...after all we counted Dancing as a Technology...)
More potent poisons: 1/3 Act ( advancing existing tech)

from my eyes that are at least 2 2/3 Acts if you don't count all those new commandements as "Divine Intervention"...if you count it it's propably around 3 or 3 2/3

Although i have to say thats the way i see it...

Let's wait for Iituem's opinion.

Posted. This system 'll probably collapse/ taken over by a dictator within a couple of years but maybe it'll survive.

Also, wouldn't it be better to list this in the forum game list.

Jilganheim's expression towards the most recent act : >:(
Organized governements /things are better at creating chaos(or entropy) than unorganized things. Chaos theory and all that.
In order for a being to organise itself it has to disorganise (ie digest) it's environement.

Alright, just to make a point clear: Vagel made a mistake.

With one act, you can invent one tech OR spread three techs from nearby tribes to your tribe. You can't get 3 techs with one act... Since I don't think Oligarchy was invented, Ebbor's act doesn't work.

The etyuki invented it, as well as writing.

The Dwarf Clan develop Writing from the steles, weaving worship of Orseth into their readings.  Orseth's following grows accordingly.  The steles have an additional, unknown power - they will translate the written words upon them to whatever first language the user speaks, making them a universal translation tool for the future.

Four towns arise around the steles and their chiefs gather regularly at them for moots.  A semi-formalised government is created as the Etykui develop Oligarchy.  They adopt it as their government, giving them greater social cohesion and better commerce between tribes.  The Etyuki take the first step into life as Settlers.

The Tokzoku develop Trade.  They develop strong trade links with a great many tribes and enjoy tribute as a result, boosting their prosperity immensely to the point where they become Semi-Nomadic.  Tokchoko's worship spreads with them.

Maybe roleplay going into slumber, or something, and letting your follower's know? So that when you come back, you can easily regain any lost worship through some grand "waking up" display?
