i dont mean their hunger, just the feather thing...so basically letting them loose on the raven and wolf clan, which will propably end in the clans getting pushed further west, or i merely weaken the feather thing,

i find it somewhat stupid that those guys get satiated by sitting around a raven nest and staring at them...

No, the feather thing is a good way to fight against them. If they rip into someone with their teeth and claws, that person will rise. Otherwise, they are basically the most dangerous creature ever and will take over the whole continent within weeks. You know the whole "Vampire problem"? They follow it to the logical conclusion. They managed to kill every creature within their forest in a short span of time. The raven feather thing was a weakness that was to prove a point and prevent them from wiping out any humans, thus getting rid of the point. They are still a threat, because there is probably neato stuff within the forest.

Your fault for babying them.

I was gonna make my fairy daughters this turn, but now I'm not sure, I should maybe do something about all this gosh darn slavery, it's so any Jilganhiem.

edit- shouldn't earthen lose their ability to glide?

Hmmm. Sounds logical. I'll add that.

Also, I thought that you would go to the Night Reavers. They seem to be the most chaotic people around.

While that's true, they are also barely sentient, and cannibals.  Jilganheim doesn't like MURDER, death he's fine with, especially when it's funny/ironic, but he doesn't like murder.  He doesn't like it because to take another's life is to rob them of their freedom.  Jilganheim isn't fully chaotic yet, unlike everyone else I'm evolving my character, he doesn't even have his mask yet. He's currently good, leaning chaotic good, he won't be "Jilganheim" until he's true chaotic.

Limits of one Minor Act (to be added to the OP):

a) Destroy a single building or structure of no more than two storeys, or force open the gates of some sort of fortified structure.
b) Change the genetics of up to two individuals to create a sub-race, passed on either by breeding or by 'infection' (in the case of Night Reavers).
c) Flood a town or otherwise small geographic area, or cause a similar natural disaster.
d) Teach one technology to a whole people.
e) Spread up to 3 technologies from a neighbouring people to one they have contact with.
f) Kill up to 3 people outright, with no save (raining fire would be more effective for mass destruction but you can't guarantee who dies).
g) Create an artefact with local supernatural powers, able to affect a single person or small group of people at a time with greater or lesser effects.
Said artefact cannot, for example, level mountains.  It could raise a wall around a town.
h) Incarnating for an extended period, e.g. to lead your followers personally.

Appearing to your followers for up to an hour at a time as an illusion of light and sound costs no acts.  Performing any true physical activity does cost an act, but if it is something as simple as untying a rope the power of the act will shape fate in the deity's favour as a result of the action.

A Major Act.  It would cost 5 Acts or a Lesser Act (equivalent) to create a demigod that was more than just an altered sub-race of the windriders - a being with real divine power that could draw upon the Essence with each breath.  Such a being would have 1 Minor Act per turn of its own and would be controlled by Fate (me).  But it would probably start out allied with you.

A lesser god would have more acts, but you're a ways from Major Acts yet.

But it didn't.

what would the cost be to make 3, non-god, no acts, but still somewhat powerful (if only 8 inches tall) humanoids.

Except it did because you got worshippers out of it, even if they weren't doing what you wanted them to do.
