@ King of weasels: Were do the slavedrivers come from?
All chimera and dragons were killed in the war and a society adopting slavery whitout either commerce and minimal agriculture seems strange.

Economic slaves aren't the only type of slave,  I assume he was born into it, or prisoner of war.  Here on planet earth, we have signs of slavery starting as early as 8000 BC.

My thoughts on the weasel clan area (cause I doubt they call themselves that) has a strict hierarchy of, guys who do what they want because they were stronger and forced other's into servitude, and are then born into their no-work life, and keep the other's in line by offering some of them  better lifes, to large loyal guard like guys.  So it's the original big shots and they're loyal family members or ascended slaves, pretty much doing what they want, while the others do all the work.

I need some way to gain followers in a way that makes sense for my character, until I have more control over a larger area and population, then I can be more... me.

When the tribes begin to clash .. now that will be interesting. I can't wait to see how a fight between the berzerkers, and my Geomancers would go

Yeah, slavery basically pre-dates history.  It goes back to raiding a tribe for people you can either force to work for you or force to sleep with you.  Pretty well established.  I'm cool with Weasel slavedrivers.  ;P

I think it's just the peregrine falcoln to go, actually!  I'd best start on writing up a turn.

I especially liked how the Ancient Greeks treated slaves. Slaves lived like common people do today, just they had no say in the ruling of the city-state and no material assets. The master would mostly even talk to them and be friendly with them.

And if you were a Helot living in Sparta once a year the 13-year old boys would go out on a particular night and ritualistically murder as many of you as they could find as a coming-of-age rite.

I was about to say something, then I remembered that Greeks and Romans were different.

However that reminds me that I'm gonna be worshiped by gladiators! Well some of them.  Maybe.  Either way *swoon*

Sounds fun.

Which, besides the culture, politics and constant development of knowledge is one of the reasons I liked Athens much more.

Slask would be right at home at Sparta. He would consider it a holiday.

Your guy confuses me more then my own guy.  He could easily be benevolent, but vengeful.  But no, he's gonna be a serial killer god, I don't understand how your gonna get any worshipers, that or every prayers gonna end in, "and thanks for not slaughtering me for no reason, amen"

all i'm saying is you should of been nice, then mean to those who deserved it.

Slask is the forest personified. He believes in "The strongest survive.". If they fight back, he goes "Great, someone isn't a coward!" and gives them bonuses. He also doesn't mind using fear.

So he's kinda like Tawk, but like flipped on it's head, instead of defending the weak, he wants the weak to go "HEY, I don't care how strong you are, I'm not letting you push me around!"

So you don't even like your worshipers, you only like people brave enough to not worship you.

interesting.

I don't play to win.

I like playing interesting Gods.

Anyway, Slask doesn't mind his followers worshiping him. He just treats them as cannon fodder and breeding material. Oh, and food.
