Dunno?
For magic. Its Leylines, running through the earth, filled with massive amounts of refilling divine energy. So I already have the basics done for you.

@ King - Umm you might want to become statues where normal beings can find you easily like in the flooded cavern, or at the top of the True Mountain.

I'm taking his body to the mountain and I rebuild it at the top, that was my plan all along, pretty much it's just the peak of it but at the top would be the dog statues, so either feo the fox will be the first one, hence why I brought his body to the point, or the last one, since he can't really be the second one, since as soon as I put my bro back together i'm checking out as well.

The floating islands are a selfrenewing ecosystem. You could technically blow up all the islands(apart from the windvolcano, which is permanent( but uninhabited)) , as long as the Coriolis storms+ Coriolium remain they'll eventually recover. We still got 3  titans to go( one of which is a fire dragon) so I think there's plenty of opportunity for things to die.
There doesn't even need to be a catastrophe. Say they become sedentary but forget about the fact that the islands aren't really stable and then one by one their cities fall out of the sky.

Yeah vagel 7 really needs to get his act together, I literally have no idea what he could be planning.

Also I didn't bring up the robots cause I assumed they would just eventually shut down after Tick shuts down or blows up or something.

are there any problems with what I just said?
-I think collecting the pieces should be left to mortals/gods. At the end of the Age of Titans we want as many ridiculous artefacts lying around as possible- cleaning them up is counter-productive.
-The ash/fire has been mostly dealt with, I think. The world is pretty much fixed. If you want a problem to fix, fix the UnLiving invasion.

Oh, there is going to be an UnLiving invasion. Everyone's fixed Balin. No fair. Balin has to be in permanent struggle between life and death. A bunch of crazy robots invading is just the thing to keep people on their toes. (The term invasion used loosely. They will come to Balin and fuck shit up)

Should be noted that we have light and chaos, but no order or darkness gods.  (not that we need darkness gods since darkness is simply the absence of light)
Despite his... chaotic nature, Tokchoko is actually all for order. Gotta keep people in line, you know. Gotta keep the days ticking along, keep the moons swinging around, make sure no one blows up the sun in a fit of chaotic rage.

Also I didn't bring up the robots cause I assumed they would just eventually shut down after Tick shuts down or blows up or something.
Yeah, that'll be a thing. They- the entire race- is powered (in part) by the spark of Tick. When he dies, they all slow down and eventually just... stop. I plan/hope that they can be temporarily restored with an influx of power (as replacement for the spark). So a god could maybe (briefly) resuscitate a few legions of UnLiving from the depths of Sepin, if they need an army. Or a mortal mage could channel the leylines and have a few UnLiving around to do chores for him.

That mage would have to be quite powerful since the Leylines got their power from the shard, and Gulngris's life force. To replicate even a small sliver of the shards power would incinerate most mortals. They would gain the power of the gods, but only for about ten minutes, or so, then they would burst into flames, and be consumed by the Leylines.

Well, you know. One wouldn't necessarily have to go to such extreme lengths. I assume there are... less violent ways of getting power from the lines for personal use, yes?

It wouldn't take that much power to bring an UnLiving back for a short while. A mage could have a rusty old bot sitting in the corner of their workshop, and when they need to tidy up, they zap it to life and read the appropriate clockwords. And when it falls to pieces from poor maintenance, they go spelunking in old UnLiving ruins (or even venture to Sepin, if they have the balls), nab a fresh one, and repeat the process.

Although it is up to Iituem if the UnLiving (semi-sentient and semi-living as they are) if they can actually semi-survive the end of the Age of Titans in this manner.

Yeah, the more crazy sh-t left around at the end of Turn 0, the more fun you'll have with it in the later game.  I was going to have the Unliving stick around originally, as a race of automatons without a master and thus a potential opportunity, but if you want them to power down once Tick dies I can make that happen.

Also, re: the sapient races.  I'm foreshadowing the fact that two of them are going to die, but none have been wiped out yet.  It might not be the Deep Ones, there's literally a 66.6667% chance that any given race will be eliminated.  I'm just going to roll amongst the surviving races (Unliving aren't sapient.)

Edit:  Yeah, what Nuke said about powering them with Leyline essence.  That'd work.

They can zap them to life for a few minutes at a time with small amounts of power, but to keep them alive indefinitely would require what I just said. There is no way it can be nonviolent as Mortal beings were never meant to wield the power of the Gods. The mortals are trying to replace a piece of a Shard after all, the very things that create the highest of the Gods, those beings that even surpass the Titans, the Overgoddess, and Overgods (I think that is right)

The deep ones die when uldum dies, and since he's a titan he will die before turn 1.

I don't care about fighting uldum, I just want the true mountain to sink, that's the only thing I want really.

edit: conversation I just had in my head.

oh well why don't you just sink it then *snooty snoot snoot*

well why would I want to sink my owners mountain, I mean it's... his.. grave..

I'm gonna sink that mountain myself.

Nuke, I'm gonna assume that your robots need materials right.. and the best place to get them?  True mountain..  Looks like you just woke a sleeping dog up.

edit- and I doubt slask is gonna be pleased with the forests being cut down.

I think after I sink this mountain I'm gonna go visit slask and grant him a boon.

YAY! and Iituem if you want i can change my animal thingy. Would be a vulture better suited?

On another note, the god of war will not be interested in battle or in the outcome but how much each side has lost. In contrary to the usual Ancient Ares/Mars/Thor/Tyr God of War he will be the faceless, cold side fo the War. That one that makes people fight over months for 10 meters and forces soldiers to make a bajonet charges on machinegun positions. Basically God of  World War I XP

So a really boring god of war.  There's a reason there are no good movies about world war 1.

Sure, go ahead. An UnLiving drill hits you in the head, waking you from a million-year nap.

And Slask, yeah, he's not going to be happy. That's the idea. Conflict! Strife! Death! Destruction! There's too much getting along and being healthy and happy going on.

But don't grant the guy a boon, Slask (the god) is already starting with a Titanic boon, if he starts with two he'll be planting forests on Sepin before the first turn is up.

There's a reason there are no good movies about world war 1.
Yeah, and that is that america didn't have as big a part in it as they did in WW2, and there was a hell of a lot more moral ambiguity.
WW1 is very interesting. Personally, I think it was more interesting than WW2.

The boons gonna be more of a present then anything of actual power, from as I see it Slask has no weapons, I'm gonna meet him trying to defeat the unliving in the forest, and plant one of my teeth into the ground, sprouting a tree which he uses the wood of to make a bow, some of my hairs to make the string, and the fruit as arrow heads (cause they are pretty much copies of my super sharp and strong teeth)

So Slask is going to get Titanicly powerfull weapons( actually wondering if it is largescale enough for a titan act). Robots are destroying the surface and the world is getting flooded again(by dropping a mountain in the sea) for good measure. Just Vagel 7 and then we have got all the Titans.
