Also, I decided to un-overpower Ahras power by limiting Disperse Psychic Field. Otherwise he could just beat anyone he has more energy than.

-You look outside and see some Psychic Control guys fighting some...thing...
The creature seems to shrug off all their attacks and is slowly killing them one by one. Will you interfere?

-You land and the squad moves out. The captain orders everyone to approach the hostile and take cover. When you get close to the monster just in time to see it smash the last member of the other squad with its fist. The creature then slowly turns towards you. You manage to take a better look at it. This abomination would resemble a human if not for the freakish proportions and complete lack of facial features. It is entirely made out of some reflective black liquid and moves in weird unpredictable patterns.
"Oh God, what is this monstrosity!?" You hear the captain shout, "Men, open fire!"
Your squad starts unloading fully automatic fire on the creature, but it seems to not react at all. As soon as you manage to make a dent in the monsters liquid form, it immediately regenerates.
"Cease fire!" You hear the captain command.
The creature tilts its head as if examining you without paying any attention to the attack. It starts slowly walking towards the squad and suddenly moves faster than the eye can see, immediately closing the distance and turning a member of your unit into a splatter of blood on the ground. You decide that this is a good time to use your powers (-30 energy). The abomination slowly turns towards you and throws an unpredictable punch in your direction (5+1), but you still manage to dodge it. (6) You immediately counter by hitting it with your staff. Your attack was perfect and the creature is turned into a black puddle. Well that was easy! Or not. The puddle starts moving and takes the shape of the creature you have just destroyed. It seems you'll need something better...

You can create an object about the size of a TV or smaller. These objects can't have complex functions, but you can telekinetically launch them at enemies. You've become quite competent at using this ability, so you can re-roll failed attempts (1 or 2).

You can create perfect copies of anything you see and place them anywhere you want. The bigger the object, the less copies you make. Can't copy sentient creatures. Power so far limited to things not bigger than a suburban house. Dropping it on someone is a valid tactic.
Lv1 Item Generation (50 energy)
You can create anything light and small enough for you to carry. These objects can have complex functions, so, for example, psychic weapons or explosives are fine.
Lv1 Unlimited Creation (passive)
This skill represents the basic strategy your powers usage - creating large amounts of objects in a short amount of time.
-Lv1: You can use active powers twice per turn.
-You decide to chase after the woman.
For a while you lose track of her, but you manage to find her in an alleyway. Hearing your footsteps, she turns to face you.
"You...I told you...This is not your concern..."
"Look, I realize that you don't want to cause me trouble, but you're going to get yourself killed. I'm not going to let anyone throw away their life like that."

Suddenly a hand comes out of the darkness and cuts the womans throat with a knife, similar to the one you have removed from her back earlier. She collapses and you realize there is no other choice than to fight now.
You can barely see the murderer in the darkness.
"Oh, did she bring a friend as well? Ah...A grade I. The psychic fields of such weaklings don't even make me noticeably stronger any more. What a pity..." You hear a deep voice followed by psychotic laughter. "Well, perhaps you will at least entertain me. COME ON, I'M DYING FOR A FIGHT!"
