nyah!

Slight change of plan due to lack of land. 2 Housing projects instead of 6.
Also, I'm away for a week starting from now, so it'll be storing ISU time.

What would it take to move facilities between a planet and space station?

(Translation:  I want to move the refineries and research lab offworld so I can put more mines on the planet)

Alrighty! Probably not tonight.

Hmm...I would say eithier a tech and all your future buidlings get it, but not your current ones.
But deconstructing them and rebuilding them would work.*Long rambling*
Just say move *Blank* to *Blank* It would cost a unit of fuel per intial ISU put into it to move from planet to planet, but if it's just planet to station, i'll say it won't cost anything. Unless someone starts abusing it.

aaand I'm back!
And didn't miss much XD

There was only one quick transmission from A'ki to the world, telling them that terrorism cannot be tolerated. Considerable resources would be put into finding them and detaining them. Meantime, no word from the scouts was also bad news and asks the citizens to keep hope that they will return. She lastly stated that there was hope that a possible solution may have arrived concerning housing and that, this would change Cr'yan civilisation.

A'ki privately agrees with Mat'hel, and the yanhunt is on.

Orders:
Another spec ops are to be trained.
Current spec ops covertly attempt to find the ringleaders of this terrorism with a secondary objective of finding out why they are doing it.

Okay.  I'll be moving several facilities, so if you want to charge me some fuel, that's fine.

That race is trouble.  They're clearly warlike and have no issues blasting the hell out of a planet.  They're probably sublight and therefore no threat outside their borders, but they ought to be left alone without a proper war fleet- imperialism can come later.

Take the marine's idea- turn the hole into an ornamental pond.  Put up a memorial dedicating it to fallen soldiers.

Send the scout fleet home to refuel.

Move the following facilities to the station:  Both fuel refineries and the research lab.

Construct on the station:  4 Housing and 2 Farm (6 ISU)

Spend 1 ISU on food subsidies and infrastructure development to encourage population growth*, noting our food surplus now. (1 ISU)

Direct the research lab to study one of the sunbombs and find out how to duplicate it.  They may use whatever funding they need that is available.

*If I can't use ISU this way, use luxury goods.  If I can't use them either, it's just no-cost encouragement (speeches, propaganda, and the like.)

Tea works wonders.

By the way CG.

One of your engineers got caught spying on the fleet's engines. The Darlat Full Captain orders him executed to preserve secrets. She doesn't comment on it next time the Diplomat meets with her. Before he died he gave you absolutely no info you already didn't know about the fleet.

Station wide message concerning the Darlat Attack:
"My people, We were cruelly attacked during our first steps into the stars. I urge you never to forget this, and discover a way you can assist our people in spreading, and growing through the stars to such an extent, that they will regret this cruel injustice."
---
Construct 2 further mines on Ailuren IV (-4 ISU)
Construct additional drones on planet to run the new mines (-? ISU)
Remaning ISU (Unknown)

Begin Research on Automated Farming (No workforce requirement for farms)

((Damnit File, when I scout a planet, update my spoiler))

Oh, and I realize I can't staff the farms until I get more population.  That's fine- they're there for when I need them.
