Now then, sorry about this, everybody. But I don't think I have the time or attention span to keep running this while the great province of Skyrim is still unexplored and work takes up my other time.
So sorry for wasting all your time. However I could put this on Haitus until such time when Skyrim gets boring or old and work starts getting slower, but that could be like a week or two. I guess it depends on how much people like the game, so it would probably die...

Once again I apologize for not keeping this game updated and on track.

A'ki slumped in her seat as the recording was played to the council. She had terrorists, something that the Cr'yan are just not used to, and now this. She had nothing prepared to help out in case of trouble out there. And now they knew they were not alone out there. The council murmered, many fearful, others haughtily angry. She was sure this was not going to go down too well.

The council are always hard to please, but she had said what she needed to, and now was going to do the same for the public. An open message once again, so many for such a new leader. ''My people. Today, we were sent a video from our Scout Fleet in the 120 T quadrant. They were under attack after being downed on a planet, by a warfleet of unknown origin. Considering these scouts are the very height our technology, it isn't one of ours. It's a painful decision but, we cannot rescue them. It'll take us 4 months just to get there, assuming we even have the capability to make a fleet for war of our own, and it's not including engaging the enemy. It could take half a year of huge amount of resources, just to see a husk. But we now know we're under threat. I said two months ago something was going to change the Cr'yan civilisation. This was not what I had in mind.'' She paused. ''The second fleet discovered a good system with 2 good planets, so we have options. With that, we will return our scout fleet and fit them with a stealth technology. They will then go and look for survivors of the first. We all need to stay strong and united more than ever. Thankyou.''

She would spend most of the two months visiting the families of the scout fleet consoling them, giving them help where she could. At the same time, Mat'hel was given the responsibility again of arresting the rest of the terrorist actives, including V'ral, the yan in charge of finance. Interrogations would hopefully shed light on why they did it, and the future they all wish to have and bring.

Orders:
Return Scout Fleet back home.
Both spec ops used to capture the terrorists.
Build a space station.

I think you copied my stuff instead of moving it- the home planet is still 30/30 on space.

New buildings have been implemented:

Clarification of a few rules:

Unspent Luxury Goods are distributed amongst the population for an increase in happiness. You can order the stockpiling of this resource rather then distribute it to the people.

Unspent Fuel is distributed amongst the population for an increase in happiness. You can order the stockpiling of this resource rather then distribute it to the people.

Happiness is not randomized, it is a series of numbers based on what they get and what they have to put up with.

Having more research labs increases the number of tech rolls per turn. Or in plain alien English, more labs equals more things researched per turn. Labs- on the same planet if you do not have the proper tech- can be set to research the same thing, which will cut down on the time for research to be done-but the cost will be the same and the scientists will expect payment upfront, as always.
Meaning that you have to pay the entire cost of the research upfront, but receive the research quicker.
