Tips and Tricks for managing loadsa dorfs?

Hello everyone, I am Mochoco and just registered today.
I am sorry if my question is kinda newbie-ish because some people recommended me this game 2 days ago and I fell in love with it.

The thing is, I downloaded Lazy newb pack, and have been following the wiki and tutorials like a madman.
I have been doing well for the last 2 migrants batch where I got 20 new dorfs.
However the latest batch of dorfs made my head explode since now I got 45 dorfs in my fortress.
These new dorfs is very lazy and they haven't done anything but hauling.

Is there some kind of tips and tricks for managing my dwarfs using the Dwarf Therapist?

First off, welcome to the forums!

Secondly, i'd like to point out this thread's better in the Gameplay Questions board, you just posted in the Suggestions board ;).

Maybe someone should update the suggestions board description. It seems like the current causes  confusion.

It only confuses people who didn't read the description of all the sections :P

Though a few people placing topics in teh wrong place is hardly anything to get concerned over.
