Dwarf Row: Saints of Armok
« on: December 11, 2011, 01:53:01 pm »

So, I decided to make my game a bit more interesting (SAINTS ROW STYLE). I modded in a plant for my dwarves to get into the style of the 3rd Street.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I also decided to gold decorate all my finished goods and  have enough alcohol to have pools of swamp whiskey inside my glass tower. Then there's my golden cage traps with nude elves to provide entertainment. And everyone has gilded jewel encrusted steel crossbows with my modded in lead bolts.
Any other suggestions handy?

Just curious, but how do you make a whiskey swimming pool?

Make a whiskey stockpile, then forbid the whiskey but dump the barrels or send the barrels to the trade depot.

will dwarves come drink from said whiskey pool the way they would a water source?
or will they always go for liquor in barrels?

Not really, they just sort of wallow in it, like pigs in mud.

Then there's my golden cage traps with nude elves to provide entertainment.

This is cruel and unusual punishment. Forcing dwarves to stare at those digusting hippies, while they smudge the beautiful craftdwarfship with their grimy little fingers.

What kind of sick dwarf would want to see nude hippies?

Kobolds, I'd understand, but elfs? Heretical, that's what it is.

On a side note, I just sent 200 bars of soap to the hippies.

Just gave it away, no charge. I'm doing them a favor. Do they use it? No!

The only plant I've ever added to Dwarf Fortress is wormwood.

I hope you all know what that means.

Okay, okay. Gonna melt the elves.
Kobolds are my bros and hoes, (Kobold Cave FTW!) so I'll just let them wander around in skimpy leather and lace.

Did they ever feel the urge to draw surreal art and cut off ears?

You and I both know the Dwarves would justify it through the elves suffering.

Now please, the elves are dancing...
