Normally, you can't quote anything verbatim from the mod, because it can make fakeclaiming extremely difficult or even impossible. That makes the game less interesting, so it's not allowed.

In this case, the fact that it's not explicitly listed as a rule (and more importantly, that the rules state that those are ALL of the rules), plus the fact that it's an extremely nonstandard gametype, may mean it's alright.

A man cloaked in shadows hands you a card. The card has a message in obscure handwriting: "This game is special. Don't think otherwise. One way wins. One way loses." That is all.

Town
Your WIN CONDITION must satisfy all of the following CONDITIONS:
 - Kill the Webadict
 - Kill all anti-Town factions
 - Have at least one member from your team still alive

You have a BULLET.
During the Day, you may shoot the Webadict. If the Webadict has no bullets left, he will die. If he has any bullets remaining, you will die, but use up one of his bullets.
During the Night, you may shoot the Webadict. If the Webadict has too few bullets loaded into his turret, you kill him. Otherwise, you die.

You have a FIRST AID KIT.
During the Night, you may patch up any player, including yourself. The target will not be bleeding anymore. If you do not target yourself, the target will survive a single kill as well. Patching up the Webadict is useless.

I'm a Fairy Godmother. I have the same win-conditions as Town (kill the Webadict, no anti-town factions, at least one member of my team remaining) and I can give one player a revive. It's useless if used on the Webadict. If NUKE targeted me, that would give everyone a revive, which would make dealing with any SKs easier (though they would have a revive, too).

We're missing the Serial Killer, the Mafioso, the Survivor, and the Cult Leader- three of which are clear candidates for those who don't want to claim.  Additionally, there are two townie claims.  Jim, Dariush, and Pandar haven't claimed.  Jim is more likely to be one of the anti-town factions since he has a brother.
