You sit alone with your thoughts, cut off from the outside world. Your head swims and you struggle to stay awake as the drugs take hold. They want you to forget... something. Where are you? Who are you? What... what is your name...?

Right! That... you remember now. Your name is Howard, and you... can't move your arms. You're in a straitjacket! Looking around the room, you find that you're in some sort of padded cell. Across from you is a door with a thick glass window, and there are two people talking on the other side.

Your mind finally clears as your body, through some unknown force, expels the depressants from your system.

You stare across the room at the people as you finally become lucid again. A doctor and nurse are discussing something outside the door. You can't tell what they're saying from here, but they seem to be having an important discussion; the doctor keeps glancing at you.

Suddenly, you feel a strength well up from within you. You know this feeling well, and it burns within you more brightly than ever: Christmas spirit! The feeling becomes stronger and stronger, and you come to realize that Christmas must be near. As your Christmas senses heighten, you become aware that something terrible has happened outside these walls; a disturbance in the Christmas spirit! Suddenly, the door opens and one of the nurses steps in with a syringe and two security guards.

Your incredible spirit unlocks a new type of Christmas magic: Christmas Vision! It is used by true lovers of Christmas to detect hidden presents.

One of the security guards restrains you as the nurse approaches, the needle extended toward you. Your Christmas Vision kicks in, and you notice a BOTTLE OF HAPPY PILLS in the nurse's back pocket. As you scan the area, you discover Christmas Vision's second function: it can detect non-believers in Christmas! The nurse and two guards glow bright red, betraying them as HERETICS!

SHCK! Candy canes shoot out of hidden compartments between your knuckles! You don't have any candy canes. Instead, you elect to headbutt the nurse and kick the guard in the groin! Both fall to the floor as you run across the room and windmill kick the other guard in the face!

Peeking out of the padded cell, you see a hallway lined with similar cells. There's a sign on the wall in front of you.

You head to the left down the hallway, toward the reception desk. Along the way, you turn on your Christmas Vision and scan the cells. Everyone you pass in the cells ranges from a warm yellow to a dark reddish-orange color. What's going on here?! Where is the CHRISTMAS SPIRIT?!

At last you reach a lobby. There is a receptionist (also a dark red Christmas-hater,) sitting behind a desk at the back of the room. You appear to be on the second floor of the building; there are some stairs and an elevator at the front of the room.

At the other end of the room, down the hallway, you can faintly see... a green silhouette. The sign of a true believer in Christmas. Could it be...?

I must say, my experience with this game has been improved by imagining the main character as a crazy person in a mental hospital.

You run, screaming, across the reception area! The receptionist gasps and dials a few numbers on her phone, no doubt calling security! You jog down the hall and body check the door at the end, coming face-to-face with the true believer in Christmas inside. [He/She] stares at you, bewildered.

What is the true believer's name?
