the Odysseus ETV is outfitted with living quarters for a crew of 50 and additionally an 4-Man Submarine. However should you explore on a landed planet you will find yourself lacking living space.
"You will fly with the "Rosemary". I think you already know Captain Canter and his Crew?" Indeed on almost all your Endeavours Captain Canter was responsible for your transport and orbital support.
[2] The Rosemary doesn't really deserve the Name Frigate. An Pre-imperial Vessel, the damn thing is outfitted with an ancient Garibaldi Interphase-Drive (the kind of FTL-drive used even before the Republic, the precursor of the Empire and thus propably at least a thousand years old) and rusted to a point were the rust is the only thing keeping the ship together. The Crew is a host of malcontents, from mutants over Wreckan* Outcasts, to the on or other escaped Xeno or Varangian Slave. Outfitted with ancient Megacannons at least the weaponry is somewhat decent although unreliable
[5] Contrary to that Canter is a man that can be trusted. In fact being an old friend you have had many a drunken evening. He would go through hell for you. For you he is propably available through the whole mission. At least as long as you don't ask him to give up the Rosemary for you. It's an old family heirloom and although the ship is one piece of crap he loves the damn bucket.

You hear an amused snort.
Sorry i always wanted to do that. What with all the dead i had to take care of. Your damn lucky one of the preparation units found you and dragged you all the way down to the ship. Usually they are not outfitted for such a feat.
The Custodian seems a little bit less substantial than before, a bit faded, contrary to the almost physical presence of him in the Necropolis before.
