Hnnngh I've never done a cave-in trap before. I might have to look that up on the wiki. Also, journal logs are too pedestrian for me.

>1st Granite 414

Your name is UNNASK "FREEFORMSCHOOLER" RENGRA. You are 16 sweeps old, but it is not your wriggling day. You have a wide variety of interests, including METALS OF ALL VARIETIES, FANCY SHIELD OBJECTS and THOSE WEIRD "CAVY" THINGS. You have been assigned to this fortress as a metalsmith for one year, but you feel that you are only now seeing it for what it really is!

You are currently standing next to some EMPTY NEST BOXES. A GRIST HONK-BIRD flies overhead. Everyone around you is either working hard or lazing around hard.

>Unnark: Be pestered.

Augh, it's the sickle-loving dude, PUTNAM SERANN. What could he possibly want from you?

>6th Granite

You are now temporarily DARVI HAROLA. You are currently under boring military instruction. It appears that your leader metalFondler is pestering you.

Spoiler: Show Pesterlog (click to show/hide)

You are no longer DARVI HAROLA.

You have been seeing to the completion of a large bedroom project. Each bedroom is four by four, with a bed situated in a far corner. Of course, your room is the only room that will have anything else in it.

>22 Granite 414

The bedroom project nears completion. Meanwhile, you have been taking great joy in watching lrcp painstakingly hollow out a fancy dining room. You have commissioned a second miner to assist him with this.

Shit, so I'm a blueblood? Noooo, not the magma trap!

In case you're wondering about the lack of horns, I'm a dissident and removed them.

Every time I draw trolls I forget to draw horns. I knew I'd REALLY forget one of these days.

But I'm going to continue to draw you without horns.

You are once again temporarily DARVI. Ignorant of your blue-blooded noble inclination, you have continued to rise the ranks of the fort's military squad. You are fighting with a large, zombified musclebeast. You win, of course.

You are no longer DARVI.

>9th Slate 414

MIGRANTS! You've got:

-A four sweep young one
-A twenty-nine solar sweep teal-blood
-A twelve solar sweep yellow blood
-A ten solar sweep yellow blood
-An eleven solar sweep green-blood
-A forty-two solar sweep blue-blood
-A fifty-five solar sweep blue-blood
-A fourteen solar sweep green-blood
-A fifty one solar sweep blue-blood
-A ONE HUNDRED FORTY SWEEP purple-blood
-A thirty-four sweep teal-blood
-A fourteen-sweep yellow blood
-An eight-sweep brown blood
-An 89-sweep purple-blood
-AND MORE

Strangely enough, purple blood and blue blood do not denote royalty in this system. I'm going to call them "trolls who have not yet attained their proper rank".

You are standing next to your long-term matesprit, DRAGNA LYJAFN. He congratulates you on a successful run so far. He says he must return to his duties, and you nod.

Two days ago, your fortress was stricken by a vile force of zombies. The military, however, fiercely fended off each and every one of them. You consider this a personal success, as you had recently appointed a couple trolls into the main squadron that you saw fit to be fighters.

In the meantime, you finished the dining hall and bedroom area. The bedroom will have to be expanded to account for the new recruits. But that can wait, as you have now commissioned your two miners to dig down farther into the earth than they ever have before.

Yeah, I couldn't make them denote royalty due to the fact that ALLOWED_CLASS isn't recognized in worldgen as of now. If it was, I would pretty much make the highbloods ONLY be nobility and such.

Anyway, I knew, the instant I started this succession game, that someone--maybe everyone--else was going to do this better than me. And I was right. First person after me does it far better.

Hey, I'm just the kickstarter :P

Also note that, in the caverns, you'll probably find some grist for that alchemiter you've probably seen lying around.

you may have to kill something for it though

Also, there are no amber bloods. Eyes are amber, then they fill in with color as they get older. Vriska stated that that's what happens, so I'm sticking to it.
