Only made three, but I used Photoshop.

Really, any image-editing program should work.

The reason I asked is because I want to try making that raccoon thing I suggested some pages back.
Alas, I am not very good at drawing/painting with a mouse.

Get a tablet? Although this is sprite work, so the mouse is really the best tool available.

I used... I don't really remember. I used one that was pretty neat and built for pixel art so it had a default little window that showed the whole picture while you were zoomed in working on something, but I ended up switching to Gimp because you can have that same functionality there (and in Photoshop) and it just had more other tools as well. I typically start from some sort of other picture though, and build on top of that so I can start with the right shapes. For my Macookie I actually started with a picture of a baby macaque and used it for the body/head/and a bit for the legs, then used a Doduo sprite to get an idea for the sprite style and went from there. Lots of iterations later I had something that was tolerably decent and decided it was good enough. I like the Macake more and that one I just started with a picture of myself to get to pose and basically freehanded the rest.

I'll try and be there tonight, if nothing else just to finish the freaking Mafrosting.

I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

I'll see If I can make it. I've been trying to develop some stuff, and I would like some input.

Welp, I'll be there for the rest of the night. I'll probably be paying attention for a good chunk of it, but if you don't get a reaction, use my name and it should make a noise for me.

Okay, so, first order of business - Increased organization and improved leadership!

To that end,
https://github.com/GlyphGryph/Bay12Pokemon/wiki/Current-project
For keeping track of the current things that need to be done. If you want to know "What should I do?", look here! Remember to take your item out after you do it so we know to put another in. :P

Also, add yourself to this!
https://github.com/GlyphGryph/Bay12Pokemon/wiki/Roster
We want to have a better idea of our capabilities, and who we might be able to get to do stuff we need done.

Finally, I plan on doing meetings at least once a week from now on. I'll try to vary the day to give everyone a chance to come to at least a few.

Hello all, sorry I was unable to make it to the chat.

I've been juggling around a couple of ideas for the dragons, and thought I should post what I've collected.

The 4 dragons are defined by the Eastern Dragon, Western Dragon, Sea Serpent, and Hydra.

The Sea Serpent, tenatively dubbed Wasserl, has typing (Water/Dragon)

The Hydra, tenatively dubbed Decalisk, has typing (Steel/Dragon)

The Western Dragon, currently unnamed, has typing (Fire/Dragon)

The Eastern Dragon, currently unnamed, has typing (Electric/Dragon)

The typing is set up to produce a Wasserl>(Western Dragon)>Decalisk>(Eastern Dragon)>Wasserl
