Alright here's the new Bluerobins cave. Now the player is forced to walk through some grass and it looks quite alright to me too. I also changed the boundaries so that now the border blocks should look good.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

There are some good tiles in the Advance Map but noticing that they are the solution to the problem at hand can be difficult, especially when not sure if they even exist.  :P

That is pretty nice. I should break out Advance Map again and start working on another map. Maybe a town or something. Has anybody claimed Syrupleaf yet?

As far as I know no one has said anything about claiming Syrypleaf. I might work on Headshoots in the near future. The new Rom is now in Git.

Seeing as Pokemon Canterbury is swiftly advancing, I think we need a female PC as well. :P

Yes. I mean, they even have movesets being posted. What fiend thinks they can compete with us [/sarcasm]

Anyway, any comments on the sock movesets?

FireRed has gender choice option?

About movesets, I'm not too fond on moveset where stage 2 cant learn all the skills that stage 3 can, but they seem fine otherwise. Then theres the move that is learnt just by the stage 2 mon, imprison and cotton spore respectively, I wouldnt make such desicion to have the moves like that myself but mayby thats a norm in pokemon games that I havent noticed? I'm quite fine with them though anyway.

EDIT: Im thinking of Deep Roads border block situation. Currently it seems to be sand, perhaps it could be completely dark. Thats how it looked like in Red/blue if I remember right.

I like it, Furtuka! (Apologies if my spelling's off today, I managed to slice my leading finger on my dominant hand pretty badly on a SOFT DRINK LID, CURSE YOU REDHEAD SKIN)

I like the sock movesets. By the way, for their ability/ies I think they should have Levitate, being that they're hovering above the ground. This would give them another immunity. As a general rule the ghosts have levitate.

I might add, Soksuror learning Overheat at 35 is a mite- overpowered; even though it harshly reduces stats it's a very, very powerful move. Perhaps move it to the high 50s and also have it learnable by TM.

Mist / Safeguard are moves that tend to be utilised by more 'mystical' pokemon, eg. psychic or ghosts, and I feel they could be useful for Soksuror, Sodpuppet and Saukriboo.
Other than that, I reckon the movesets are great!

Maybe she could have a bag slung on one arm? The Beauty trainer class has one, if I remember right others had one too. If the pose can be changed, I like the Hoenn style 'Lass' stance.

Well I'll see what I can do about the pose, and the bag I wanted to include, but I ran out of colors.

I changed the pose, I've been trying to make a bag but it keeps looking horrible

...Actually I need to resize that arm, it's too short.

We've written the script for the first gym, and that's about it. We need sprites for it, but what we're planning on first is getting the maps and bayomon implemented first.
