Where's the obligatory cycling road? :P

Question: can the ROM hackers create maps? O_o I think the inspiration for this game had the same cities/maps as the original.

I like the flow. We had maybe talked about the town you're making into your base being centrally located (I think it might have been Syrupleaf?), but the reason wasn't super important, so I'd say this is great! Maybe make the mountain extend a bit further north into the wastes (imagine the arrow on this picture as the border):

just so there could be some sort of rain shadow thing going on without it abruptly going from forest to wastes? I dunno, not really a huge deal I guess. :P

The world map and all road/town maps are pretty easily modded with tools available for each.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

Working On new map, will complete in 15 minutes.

Also, any commentary on the movesets I posted (Page 109) or Super Moderato being Psychic type. Also, Name is sought for Super Moderato, and I'm one, uncreative, little man.

If Super-Moderato will fit, then I'm all for it. Well, as long as it's sprite looks like a plumber, of course.

I'd love suggestions, but I could only come up with 2 Side areas, and both were post game.

In other News,

Yeah, I believe that Syrupleaf was going to become the base of operations.

Post game stuff isn't TERRIBLY necessary, I suppose we can flesh that out when we have the other stuff done. I can come up with some names for mons or towns if you like.

(I'm online in IRC as of this message.)

Certainly, as in the route after Mauville City in RSE? The one that leads to two routes? Berry Master's house and the foresty jungle route?

I think he means something more like route 114, not 111.

(I know way too much about R/S/E)

EDIT: Oh, you're talking about 123.

Regarding "Super-Moderato"'s name, how about "Notcaria?"

Or maybe "Novoto"?

Aye, I did mean 123.

And Korbac, I like Novoto. :P

I'm tempted to put that in but we shall see what the others think.

Sorry I didn't show last night, guys. I'm a loser. :/

I'm going on now, though.

Comments:
Great world map!

Random wastes next to the ocean doesn't really seem right to me for some reason.
This is actually fairly common. For example, the many miles of "beach" on North Island, New Zealand, that extend several miles inland.
