Of course the spawn invasion is serious, compared to what we have already. But Syrupleaf was quite dark anyway, at least I thought so myself.

Like Glyph said, the intro is meant to be almost entirely the same. And bear in mind the ones working on this are all Dabbling Romhackers. We can't make an ENTIRELY new game with pokemon as a base. We will probably have to cut corners as some features would be beyond our skills.

You sound very dismissive of the work we have done thus far. Much of us have been, as Glyph said, swamped. We're dealing with life and work and uni too, so of course during the working part of the year activity will fall away. During holidays though it will ramp up.

Understand this. We have put a huge amount of thought into this, all of us. The amount of contributors are vast. Of course, we need help. ExKirby is the only musician. Glyph and Darvi have uni, as do I, so we can't do as much. Everyone else presumably has similar.

Feel free to write some stuff, but stick to the basic story Glyph laid down. And of course, it will be scrutinised. :P

In my case uni isn't much of a problem as I tend to spend the hours on the web.

Yeah, I didn't mean it that way, I was just a little bit surprised at what was written. Sorry for that.

I'll try to submit a new draft of what I intend. Thank you.

And of course, I intend to keep to the same plot as written.

At least for me, the mon are not really in jokes - they are fully fleshed out creatures with clear references to their source inspiration. I don't find anything particularly "jokey" about Boatborn or Uncarp.

Maybe I just don't understand in jokes though.

Regardless, he was talking about in jokes in the /dialogue/, not the mon creation, and that's what I was confused about!

Servant - in addition to being intended to be a subversion of fire red/leaf green, a sort of "what would have happened if those games were set in this other world", they were also written with the aim of reducing workload by keeping big chunks of existing scripts and whatnot in place, at least early on before things got too divergent. Multipurpose, you know.

And Reudh, I don't go to Uni, I just work a lot. I'm a professional!

Added all movesets I made to the wiki, Should have a (extremely) large update for you folks tomorrow, including:

 - A new bayobeast (or 3)
 - Even More Movesets
 - A primitive world map
 - Another suckish sprite (for something else, though)

Incidentally, I become inactive during periods of high review/homework that my school assigns me.

I'm thinking that I'll do some more writing. Finish up on Syrupleaf and move on to Bronzemurder.

What was the decision with that one? Oggez Rashas was going to be a legendary that's inaccessible for the moment?

There was supposed to be a sprite here, but it sucked so Bulborbish felt like it needed improvement before posting.

There was supposed to be a sketch of a world map here, but my scanner is not functioning right now, so you don't get any.

I am suffering from a problem called I-Don't-Have-Sibelius-On-My-Laptop-And-I'm-On-Holiday. Someone else is going to have to be the composer for a week.

If I can convince Barbarossa, he seems like the ideal candidate too.

Oops, playing too much Ruby lately, and I assumed it had a Day/Night Cycle so you could get the alternative eevee evolutions. Pondering alternative split evolutions that don't involve stones.
