This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

Alright, I got left off that list, so I guess it's time for me to get involved again. :P Going to get something up and running to either add sprites or movesets into the ROM. I'll be in IRC working on it if people want to stop by.

Haha not a problem, it's a good motivator for me.

Question though: Could people upload a copy of each of the programs to the repo so they're easier to get and we're using the most up to date versions? I can't find this unLZ-GBA thing mentioned in the sprite adding tutorial and I don't know which version of YAPE Darvi was using that was apparently more up to date.

Edit: also, I'm not sure about my version of Advance Map.

Fairly decent I think, but I'm out of practice so input's welcome as always. I went with loud and obnoxious plus a bit of water for Seegle, fairly hard hitting flying with some tricks for Reegle, and "chase you down, paralyze you, and eat you" for Skeegle. Stats are attack/speed heavy for Seegle (and low overall, maybe a bit too low, but it's on par with Sandshrew/Pikachu/most starters), durable attack and speed heavy for Reegle (plus extra SDef to protect a bit against electric/ice), and overall solid/average but leaning attack for Skeegle (lower health pool, higher defenses). The problem with dark-types is they rely on special attack for their damage so you have to split their attack stats if you want them to do more consistent damage, but Skeegle should work out well. One thing I wasn't sure about was evolution. I make Reegle a level evo, but I'm thinking maybe they should be stone/held item evos?

I didn't like how Dark was classified as special given the majority of dark moves in Gen III would be a physical move (bite, crunch, thief, etc...)

Hmm does LCS have mimes? I feel like it should but I don't think it does. Could be good on a Sleeper mon though.

Alright. So. I made some progress getting mons into the game. Got movesets for the Brumble, Espier, and Shush lines in and tried to get sprites for Espier, Shush, and Boatforged in. The movesets are good as far as I can tell, but the sprites have issues. It looks like it's just an issue of them using the wrong palette, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I followed the tutorial exactly and even tried a second time with the Shush one, just in case I'd managed to mess something up, but all I ended up with was the same sprite with a different wrong palette. I thought they were all indexed and ready to be added because as far as I can tell the color depth of all the pictures was 16 colors in IrfanView and the palettes looked changed already. I put the updated mon info (added EVs to the mons I added as well) and hex locations of everything into the wiki but I'm not sure whether to push the updated ROM.
