New Incentive!
For those who might consider making sprites:
For each sprite you make that is included in the game (even if later modified), I will let you name add a name to the trainers pool for in-game trainers! Either after yourself, or after whatever! (Names will have to be vaguely name-ish, mind you)

Every name in the pool will be used up before falling back on other name sources, and there are enough trainers that every sprite pretty much guarantees you one!

You can also request type of trainer/mons/location, though since a lot of that is in flux it will be more of a general guideline.

In that case I would like to use my two coupons to have myself and my friend Captain Projeck in the game ;)

Nope, too late, you didn't put the sprite in, Furtuka did. You are now Captain Projeck!

I would like to be in as Argatson, and have the unicorpion in my party.

If we could do custom sprites for them, he'd most definitely have a large hammer

How about an NPC talked about as a total badass named Barbarossa? Just have him talked about in hushed terms that he would intentionally handicap himself when combating leaders and such by deliberately giving the opponent the advantage going in.

I dunno if it's been resolved or not, but has the Boatborn immunity to the first fight been rectified? If not, have water/dark one know Thief. It's power 40, like Pound, and tackle is 35. That should bring Boatborn's strength down at the very beginning.

I'm willing to help with story as well if needed.

Hapup. Stone Dog.

Evolves into Rockweiler. Rockweiler evolves into Kanite (Steel Stone) [Rock/Steel], or Rockstarr (Red Stone) [Rock/Electric]

Redstone? I think you're confusing Dwarf Fortress with MineCraft, friend.

Red Stone. Two words. I think GG was just referring to what the pokemon looked like.

We've got various evolution stones! They are:

Tome Stone: Turns things into skeletons and ghosts
Steel(maybe Forge) Stone: Evolves Steel type monsters
Lime Stone: Evolves plant type monsters.
Red Stone: Evolves electric type monsters
Slate Stone: Evolves -man type monsters.
Molten (maybe Magma) Stone: Evolves fire-type mons
Whet Stone: Evolves various water type mons

Also, somewhat related:
Sun Shard : Evolves some pokemon if they level up while it is held
Star Shard : Evolves some pokemon if they level up while it is held

Yeah, this isn't a Dwarf Fortress pokemon rom hack, it's a Bay12 pokemon rom hack. You'll see DF references, but there will be Minecraft ones (Tsss and Red Stone so far) as well as references from other B12-frequented games.

Also, Hapup is adorable.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

So...many...bad...puns! :P

How about renaming the Tome Stone the Tomb Stone?
