Now THAT is what I'm talking about! Seriously, that's awesome, and you are awesome. I wouldn't change it at all.

FAKEEDIT: Alright, after staring at it for five minutes in an effort to pick nits, I'd say it still has a bit much hair. I think you can reduce that impression pretty easy, though- where you've got hair between the ear and eye, make it just one lock of hair with more head visible around the ear. Tucked behind it, kinda.

Hey, you may not have noticed, but I actually reduced 3 columns worth of hair in that picture already. There was a LOT of hair. :P

I think I'm gonna call it a night, though. Maybe if its still bugging me later.

Yeah that seems pretty good. I agree with monk, the only thing is maybe too much hair still.

Furtuka got some done today, too, which is nice.

I have made YET MORE changes to Perlihorn. I think I may finally be happy with it! This time I basically erased and redrew the lower half of its body to give it a less rigid pose. Also tweaked the colors to give it more brightness and contrast.

I really hopes this happens. I don't have much ROM related experience, and I'm certainly not confident enough in my meager programming abilities to volunteer on a project like this, but I'd still like to contribute in whatever little way I can, even if that only ends up sitting in the bleachers going "Go Team! WHOO!"

Couldn't say it better myself. I can't really help the project in a productive way, but... so, much, win! You guys are awesome, keep it up! WOOOOOOHOOOOO.

Are there any requests as for sprites? I'm an Adequate MSPainter, can't promise anything, but I'd like to help.

EDIT: As for the Capybara mon, any thoughts on color schemes? I was thinking blue with the cannon silver at first, and gold in the final form.

I read through Furtuka's stuff.

It's way better than anything I can write, because he knows all about the dwarf fortress fandom/extended canon.
Perhaps I should sit back and take a different role....
