Kingfisher: Royal Doctor and new overseer of Rotbane.
OFFICIAL ROYAL DOCUMENTS
TITLE: First Impressions
This fort Is very well designed and constructed. After about five minutes of being proclaimed Overseer, I can say this.
We have some interesting stuff going on, an artifact Door was created, ( To be put in my Room ) and a migrant wave with a high master Carpenter! I will write more as time progresses!

Looks interesting so far guys!
If it's possible, could somebody dorf me as one of the architects, and add me to the play list? I'm a bit of a newb, but we all have to start somewhere, right? I'll dawdle around in the current save and see how badly I screw up, until it's my turn. <.<
Until then, MOAR PEECSHURES!

If it's my go, I shall. Otherwise it's Kingfisher's jurisdiction.

Added to turn list and to the newly-made "to dorf" list.

Shit. Zombie buzzards are terrifying everybody. No one will go outside. Nearly got our miners killed.

Grab any bones or spare wood. Make crossbows for marksdorfs. Station them at gatehose (which has fortifications). ???. Profit Fun.

YESSS! Have killed the zombies, ripped off the elf caravan with pots and toys, and Deathsword claimed a Craftsdwarf workshop. Awesome! He has started work!

Sweet!
No bones though? If we kill the zombies, can't we use their bones to arm the dwarves?

after what little meat is on them rots away, yes. I assume so. corpses would still have to be butchered for the bones, and im not quite clear on how butchering undead works. its not a subject im familiar with as all my forts that start with undead animals usually end quickly and horribly.

Whoops, there are bones. I killed them with a wrestler who tore his beak off. In other news GIANT FUCKING DESERT SCORPION ZOMBIES WERE SPOTTED. But they moved off. Also he made a wood bracelet and is now legendary wood crafter.
