Probably right in front of me..
« on: November 29, 2011, 07:44:18 pm »

How do i switch pages on the inventory and combat screens. It says to do so i need to hit a certain key but the key the game says isn't any that are on my keyboard. It looks like a strange cracked sphere or some such. Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S Also how do i leave the fast travel screen. The button it says to use looks like a staircase. Again not a button on my keyboard. I tried pressing all the buttons. Nothing. I must say this game is making me feel quite the fool.

The keys you are looking for are * and /.

Incidentally, this is one of the reasons why I don't use tilesets.

It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

Many thanks. I figured it was probably the tile set. Should probably have just opened the vanilla game and checked. Oh well.

The wiki also lists some of the keys.

The only key I had problems with is the down staircase, which stands for >. Maybe also the +, which is displayed as a floor tile in Phoebus set.

It's still better then playing vanilla :P
