webadict you may want to clarify in the OP that it is midnight at the begining of the day that is the cutoff for entries(ie, midnight on the 4th is the cut off for games awarded on the 5th), as I was taking the "midnight the day of the draw" to be the midnight at the end of the day, although I see how your one makes more sense as then the games are awarded on the day specified.
