After strapping the armor plates across his body and putting on the colors of Gondor over them, Maethor headed back to the training grounds to look for Captain Ostondur. He had heard rumors that soldiers would be headed out soon, and if so, he wanted to be part of them.

Find the captain and question him about upcoming military operations.

Try to organize peasants into quick reinforcement groups and have them set about barricading key spots, and reinforcing doors/windows and gates with any spare wood and metal.  Attempt to try and get them to make the city as difficult to take as possible.  Meanwhile try and get the defensive plans from the commander and get the men to per-stockpile replacement ammo and weaponry at each key defensive structure.
