Troll:
1. A sentient being of low intelligence that can be found in caves or accompanying see goblins in a see siege. Where goblins are stopped by a simple locked door, waiting for those inside to let them inside in a friendly, neighbourly fashion, trolls are too stupid to understand concepts such as "door", "closed" and "locked". Subsequently they walk straight into it, destroying it in an unfriendly fshion, to the delight of nearby goblins who could not seem to use their weapons to destroy said door. Trolls grow long fur that occasionally has to be shaven off. Goblins fashion many types of clothing from this fabric, including clothing for trolls. It is a strange fabric and has a hypnotic quality for dwarfs, who will wade through a sea of enemies to get a troll fur sock, even if it means losing both legs.

2. A person who posts on forums, purposely writing offensive texts. This being has not been seen in the DF forum for such a long time that it is starting to become a mythical creature, kin to the grue

3. A particularly ugly person

This thread can only get better from here :P

maybe someone can write a bit on !!Weaponize!! ?

I think there was a discusion about it somewhere. One thing i remember (although not literally):

"It causes death and destruction, you never said it had to be enemy death and destruction."

also sorely missing:

Vermin?

possible entries,
dwarf reactor
quantum storage
weather
temperature

at the pump entry, perhaps a mention of accidental flooding, both accidental and "unfortunate accidental"?

1. Weaponization. Ah so many threads about this... Has to come on the list.
2. Vermin - YESH.
3. Dwarf reactor? This intrigues me.
4. you mean quantum stockpiling?
5. Weather. Nice.
6. Aka lag box :P

FPS
N.
1. Frames per second. 2. First Person Shooter 3. Fist Punching Samurai

1. Frames per second detailes how many actions and computations that are performed per second. Over time, however FPS slows due to excessive mining, catsplosion, or HFS.

2. A game genre where people with camera for heads crouch over their defeated foes, jump around like demented rabbits, and have miraculous aiming skills with sniper rifles, causing people to smash keyboards and RAEG.

3. The final evolution of Dwarf

The reactor is using stacks/rows of water wheels to power pumps which cycle water back over the top of the wheels, producing a net profit of energy. A sufficiently large stack basically behaves like a cold fusion reactor. I ams assuming you didn't know what one was already due to your response...basically it falls under D for Dwarf, Dwarven Physics and powers all of your Stupid Dwarf Tricks simultaniously.

there are some designs on the reactor on the wiki. The pump creates a flow for the wheel, might have to be manually started, but a wheel creates 90 energy, the pump will use 10, plus some possible axles, lets say at most 15. But it is inside, so not the vulnerable outdoors kind. By digging a bit, adding some more water, you can add as many wheels as you want, occasionally adding a new pump to keep up with the water needed. It is THE power source for pump stacks, especially ofc waterfalls. You really need to remember to include gearboxes to turn things off though, infite power source can be a bit tricky when pumping magma

C
Copper:
1. A basic metal used in a number of alloys made for making see finished goods. 2. A gift sometimes brought in winter by see Goblins, it is less useful than see Iron but is one of the cheapest metals known to Dwarvenkind. 3. The most common metal in breaching see Adamantine underground walls, also being one of the most dense metals, second only to see Silver, making it one of the best metals to be used as a see Shield. Alternatively, best used as a see WarHammer.

densest metal, not counting alloys? I thought bronze was good enough too

Technically platinum is the most dense, but it isn't weapons grade.

 :-\ , I'm sure I saw that under Hazael...Ignore my post, unless it gives forewarning for said ban. {Yet isn't that just putting one banned forum-goer into a more-viewed list if approved?}

To me the list is a genuinely nice feature to have. People would like to know why their dear forumites have disappeared :P

And honestly, Necro is the only one who can gain infamy from the list, by being the only person to get muted over a lack of self control  ::)

*Edit, nope, he's banned for good.
