So, the Faroes dropped like a stone. Nevertheless, good fighting over there. I guess the order of the day is to hunker down and build defenses? Bunkers, infantery to fill them and stuff with good defense stats?

The Deck guns on Subs aren't exactly the preferred thing for shelling ground targets. This. There were artillery pieces in that stack. That sub should be shot full of large holes and resting at the bottom of coastal waters. The deck gun on a sub (especially a 1934 sub) should be laughable at best against entire regiments of infantry in urban emplacements.

It's on par with the old Civ problem of a spearman sinking a battleship with a lucky roll.  >:(

Starting to really get going now, building up extra rubber production to ship out to the mainland when I have my fleet built.  Whihc should be in a week or two I guess.

If anyone has a spare train looking for a home, the Ullapool in Scotland could use one.  I am managing it for Uranium ATM.  Should have transport ships launching in a couple of weeks.

I have a marine unit at 60%, with reinforcements every 4 days.  Not a great production rate, but I am concentrating on rubber for nearby shipyards.

Dumfries first regiment of tankettes is ready. second one is 20%. producing 10 tankettes/day.

Good news, everybody! We have seen the future, and it is 1935! Among the wondrous inventions we have developed for the coming year, let me just say two words: canned beer. Truly, tomorrow will be a better day!

Also, our infantry will be upgraded in about 20 hours. (Unit research is crazy fast compared to the theoretical fields)
