I'm not sure if 4k fuel worth it, but Gibraltar is about half way between Britain and Cairo.

I would think you would use one of the wider maps (political, terrain, or province) to center on the location, find the port, then click the wee box with sideways triangles near the top left under your current resource readouts and select the resources and transfer methods that appear in the box within.

Unfortunately, I don't think said box displays the fuel requirements of transport.

You don't appear to be able to under go succession until we are diplomatically active, and thobal's map shows what appears to be a lot of that going on.

Great. Yeah, the Dutch got pwned in Europe, but are doing great in the East Indies. They've sent those 2 Heavy Cruisers that are in the Suez canal. I really hope I can make friends of them.

It's frustrating that there are so many taken but inactive provinces in the mainland UK, and so many people wanting to join in.

At least when we get diplomatically active we can take some sort of control.

I believe we should befriend them and allow them to use suez canal, before they decide they would rather take it themselves. I doubt we will be able to dispatch a navy able to defend the canal before activation.

we may even offer to sell them fuel for their ships.

pre-edit: what is most annoying is the 3 inactive provinces in the north blocking our railroad network. we should get at least virex to log in and build a railroad. Dundee must be linked to the rest of the antion, so we can support our research center.

Yes well this s why I put a navy as out nuber one thing to focus on. Deend our coat line/buildings. And the sea is our natural advantage. I asume in this game its hard to stop someone landing on the UK. We can not be online all day to stop them so we also need a decent defence land army ofc

Best defence is a good offence and all that.

Actually it's pretty easy. They can only land marines/paratroops without controlling an harbor/airport.

Occupying a hex take at least 24h. So we have time to see them landing, and bomb the shit out of them before they can land reinforcement.

Oh wow then the english channel gives us a huge advatage for defence great.

yes, it does. But to take full advantage of it, we need to set up regional garrisons with fast units and/or planes, so that we can destroy enemies before they can land more units.
