Well, I have an absolute shitload of money and coal, and I'm producing more than enough rubber. Ask me ingame if you need anything.

Also, a bit of information: It costs the same to build (Rail)roads no matter the terrain, which I'm thinking is a bug. It will take the displayed time to be built though...

Well, if you could spare a coupla thousands rubber, it'd help. No need to do it right now, I'll need at least 5 or 6 days until I can start production of another Baffin.

MY problem mostly is that I am not sure if the resources I move are worth the effort. I could trade 70k total resources daily, but it is little, and barely worth removing any facilities of mine. I am all for helping neighbours, and I started sending resources too, but I am not sure about the usefulness of actual trade agreements before we have trains for mass transportation of resources.

edit: sent a pm with a trade offer. lets see how it goes.
I'll probably have to upgrade my refinery

I'll offer transport ships. I expect to have the required 1 million steel, to build the first one, somewhere around the end of 2012, maybe the first half of 2013. If retooling goes well, I should be able to start  shipping out transport ship parts, ready for assembly, somewhere around Christmas 2013

EDIT: Oh, does someone know this? If I build a military ship, will I then have one unit, or 1/100th of a unit? I.e. do I need to build 20 cruisers before I can muster a cruiser unit at minimum (20%) muster strenght?

AFAIK a single ship constitutes a unit (I could be wrong though).

For their cost I would believe that it is 1 unit is 1 ship...

Yes it is. 1 ship is 1 unit. Also, a ship at 20% health still fight at 100% effectiveness (while a infantry unit at 20% strength fight at 20% strength.) The exception are transport ships. 1 transport is 1 ship, but they are actually convoy, if it goes to 50% health, half of the ships are sunk and half of the cargo go with it.

I just sent out a Country Wide PM about plans with working together to build up our defenses. I even put a (Bad) translation in Polish for those that are not of the Bay12 Community...

Already am with one, he is helping by producing Rubber, and most likely fuel. This frees up around 10 to 15 spots for making Steel, Rare Metal Mines and Shipyards...

I am Nevyn's neighbour, gearing up for rubber and fuel.  So it can work!

Well Uniforms only need to be kept as high as your unemployed population since every soldier only needs one uniform. So as long as you keep your uniform production around as much as your population growth your pretty good.

I don't think this is quite correct, although I haven't checked it yet.  I think factories produce the weapons and uniforms and kit and the rest into a resource.  This can be shipped around the country.  Then you 'recruit' an unit, from 200-1000 people strong, which is drawn from the population where the recruiting is taking place, not where the goods are made.  So in theory one province can make all the kit, and the units can be drawn from all our population growths.

Perhaps someone who is manufacturing units can check this?

Put myself on there.

You might want to add the military units from a couple pages earlier.
