Paul, could I ask for a train? I can send you the ressources (once I get the train hopefully, so that I don't have to pay tons of fuel).

From what I can see, either USEC or Paul should build tanks or artillery (USEC, you can still be a transport hub, you just need loads of petrol and buy your stuff from Paul). Also, one of the shipmakers should turn to aircrafts. I can do that if you want.

Thirdly, I do not have the time to be a fully-fledged foreign ministers, but I'd like to be an ambassador still. (Several people can get the same ministry, and one person can hold several ministry.)

My plans are the following:
1) Get the rest of the Empire to ally with us (So South Africa, Canada, NZ, Australia).
2) Negociate with Spain so that we can keep Gibraltar, offering help against France or a landing in Northern Spain.
3) Convince Belgium to let us use their ports as a stepping stone inside Europe.
4)Ally with Greece. I mean, those guys kick asses.

Fourthly, I think it may be a good idea to have Vice-Roy for certain parts of the world. They would have both War Minister and Interior Minister prerogatives, but would only be allowed to use them inside their area.

I still have 10 days left on this first train, so it will be a while before I can start producing them for others. After I get one I'll probably shift to producing something else anyway. Was thinking of doing artillery and AA/AT guns.

The diplomatic plans sound good on paper, but it really depends on how the players in the different countries are going to play it. I'm fine with you being a diplomat, though. Still 4 days to the election. Not sure if anyone is running against me or not, but if I win I can start setting things then.

I was wondering if the kicking people out of the country and rejoining a country work before diplo activation. If it does it might work to boot people out and have them conquer eachother, like two inactive provinces and one active to conquer them and rejoin, although I'm not sure how to test that unless we happen to have a guy who wants to join some crummy third-world province just to test it. Thats assuming they would diplo activate after being kicked out, it might just give them 30 days heh.

Oh, also, the cavalry plan: It apparently takes 3 days to occupy a city, so you can't just ride through taking them.

Mmmmh, if it takes 3 days, we can just do it with infantry. I want to see a huge, rolling horde of famished, dirty, monocle-wearing englishmen slumbering across the USSR, invading everything in its way.

Well, someone should produce a few trains, so we don't have to suffer the 5* penalties each time. May I get that first train on your, or do you really need it? The sooner I have it, the faster I can ship you some sweet steel and rubber.

Im holding the suez canal for now. Going to pump out as much infantry as I can and dig in then later make some boats to do a blockade.

I plan to use the first train to supply my neighbors with concrete and lumber. I couldn't send anything to you or vice versa for a while though, not until we get our two separate railway networks connected. There are a lot of mostly empty provinces in between us, so it might take a while to get the railway connection done.

Haha, that would be funny. I wonder if the game allows that, it would weigh so much it would take 86 trucks. Imagine shipping a train piecemeal across the wilderness on a convoy of 86 trucks.

Well, I don't why you couldn't. :p I wonder if you can ship ships around.

Ships weigh quite a bit, but I'm assuming yes since they actually have a weight. A destroyer weighs 1.5m, that'd be 3 trains. The big dreadnoughts weigh 40m, that'd be 80 trains.

The idea of shipping around a dreadnought is kinda funny. After dividing it between 80 trains and shipping it, it seems like it would take almost as much work reassembling it as it took to build it in the first place.

Unless you just have this giant ship strapped on top of a bunch of trains with a whole bunch of extra engines in the front to pull it. But that would be even more ridiculous.

From what I can see, either USEC or Paul should build tanks or artillery (USEC, you can still be a transport hub, you just need loads of petrol and buy your stuff from Paul).

Seeing as Paul is going to make artillery, I might as well make some tanks then. I'm already producing some trucks, so switching to tank production shouldn't be too much of a change. After all, they are made out of the same resources, right? Well, except for ammo (I think), but I can just purchase any needed resources from other people (probably by transporting whatever goods they need to move around).

EDIT: Seems that Tanks are made out of the same materials as trucks and trains. I could have sworn that they needed food and uniforms though. Maybe it's not listed on the wiki or something. I'll check later today.

Huh if we can blockade suez we have a huge diplomatic advantage people will have to deal with us if they want to get to half the map by sea from Europe.

None of the stuff requires food or uniforms to produce, those are to deploy them.

I just finally got around to finishing the last missions. Was stuck on the fact I didn't have a bank for a while, so I demolished a building and built one. The road/railway/pillbox/flak/dragon teeth missions all give 200 people, which is handy. Gave me another 1k population.

Excellent. I'll still want to buy some uniforms and food then, to deploy some of my tanks for when my trucks or trains operate on or near the front line.

Soon I'll reach my goal of 20k/h in both planks and cement, tomorrow I'll focus on steel, then I'll start getting some industry. at first I wanted to get ships too, but maybe I should pick air instead.

( it will still take much time to get any meaningful industry... but at least I will start)
