You mean... farming dry sand won't produce as much food as lush plains? Oh, the horror. All my hopes and dreams are shattered.

Oh well, the city of 15,000 only requires a tiny amount of food, my ten sand farmers can still keep up with demand.

In other news, I just realized half the registered players in Britain are sitting on empty or near-empty provinces. Quite a few of them haven't even built a single building.

I moved to Merthyr Tydfil but can't get past the sixth mission (build a lvl. 3 sawmill). If the bug persists I might just pool the province and pick a new one.

In other news, what sort of sealift capacity do we have. I wonder only because I'm not connected to Britannia via any land route but am fairly close(the mouth of the med). I'm thinking it'll get pretty hot down there the minute we activate diplomatically. Also, I'm totally willing to pool where I am now and move somewhere else. I'm eyeing a nice fat province in the Middle East.

A bank, 2 cement plants, a bunch of sawmills and 3-4 farms.

Thobal: wait until the elections to pool your province, yso we can assign it to someone else. Also, I'm not sure you can pool your last province.

Nobody would want his province anyway, it's Algeciras. His neighbors are active and have all their buildings in the 30s. He has absolutely no hope to defend it from them if they want to take it.

All he's doing is building up a nice little province for Spain to take when we activate.

So what? Diplomacy may work. They can only invade if Spain is at war with us, and Spain may need us as allies to attack France.

That, and it seems Spain's north coast is relatively undeveloped. Meh, I probably just play too much Hearts of Iron.

True, I guess it would be a fair rubber producing province. Being all by itself over there makes it pretty vulnerable though. Shipping supplies in or out would require ships and a pretty long travel time though, so it's pretty much on its own for a while.

Well, we'll have ships. What would britain be without the Royal Navy?
