New people should just start with the rest of us and work on building up the British Isles. They can always move to other places later if they want (and give the provinces on the British Isles to the pool for the ones who want to stay here) and it will help build up our core area.

From my understanding, if we conquer new areas we can award them to people playing in the British Isles. Then the people there could give their old provinces in the British Isles back, where they could be awarded to people who want to play there.

So, for instance, if we conquered some land in North Africa and someone in Scotland wanted to move there, we could give them two provinces there, have them give their main one back, then give them a third over there. Then send a few ship loads of resources to get them on their feet, and not only do they have 3 provinces in Africa but someone in Scotland has an extra developed province too.

if we are giveing out land, can we set rates off pay for the old province inprovements after all a clean province is a lot less usefull than an inproved one.

can any one see a way to link me in to the train network? or do i just have to make do with
 trucks?

We can fix that later on. Actually, I wonder if ressources are tracked by player or by province. If it's tracked by player, we should all keep a british province, and we can use this to "teleport" rubber back. Man I hope it's tracked by province.

Also, once we get the government running, we should have an "information minister", who summarize all the decision taken and send a message every 24 hours.

edit can we get gliders? thay will help drop biger weapon and more men than just useing planes,
jeeps, anti tank guns and even light tanks where glider "droped" in the war.

started building some defences cos of 30K more cement then i need, still got 20K spare any one need it?
most of them are build to slow down any attack.

No, the way to invade by air is to use paratroopers to secure and airport and land heavier units there. Same with harbors.

So yeah people: remember to secure your airstrip/harbors/cities with pillbox and AA guns! If the harbors and airstrip holds, the ennemy cannot do more than land marines and paratroopers that we can shred to death.

I've reached the point now where I'm actually short people instead of resources, since I'm producing 68k cement and lumber per hour.

Have 9.7k workers, 5.9k builders, and 4 people left over. And still 200k of cement/lumber waiting for the builders to be available to continue upgrades.

It would be nice is some provinces had an advantage like more workers, London for example. Im willing to bet they will do some change like this later.

I think different provinces already have different workers.

I started with 14k. The province I was working on in China had 9k.
