in in glasgow, so im going to build a navy of some type.

id like to see some kind of country based troop shareing system.

every country has a pool of troops and resources.
when players add troops or resources thay get credit that can be use to buy troops or resources from the pool.
troops in the countrys pool can be use with out buying them if players vote to do so.
if two countrys are a peace then thay can use each others resource pools, Allies can use troop pools.
useing a Allies troop pool will cost more than that of your own country .
both troops and resources need to moved to the buyer by players

this system let small players:
1, buy the right troops needed for defence, a new player need not build an airforce at the start.
2, it gives players a way to help there country and fellow players

You can already share troops and resources, you just have to ship them using transport.

That's right. There is also some kind of currency in the game (money). Normally they're used to recruit new troops however can be exchanged between players immediately (no transportation resources required).

I'm now managing Birmingham. Trying to ramp up steel production and move some windmill around.

Does anyone need ressources? Save for steel , I've got loads of everything.

In the production window there is a tooltip over unit's icon which tells what is it.
In unit miniwindow when clicking on unit's photo another window will be opened with unit details.
Interesting, didn't know that.

Yeah but that's sorta like trying to have a thread on these forums by Private messaging everybody. :P

Yeah, that's more of a resource giving system, not actual trading, and it depends on the other player to actually go through with sending you back resources you sent him in trade. Its not so bad if were trading amongst fellow bay12ers but requiring trust when trading with other players is a dodgy proposition to those experienced MMO players.

Yes you should.

Britain is actually quite fun, with all our colonies, we got a finger in every conflict.

Also, when are the next election? We need a government of Bay12er!
