The Entirety of the peninsula to my west is full of in-actives, When we diplo-activate I think were gonna have to do something about them.

Looks like the owned-but-completely-undeveloped province of Cumbernauld needs to be a high priority as well. There's a band of poorly-developed or undeveoped provinces which is cutting off Scotland from England more than Hadrian's Wall ever did. Not only does Cumbernauld occupy a central route between the two, but it has an inlet that could be turned into a nice protected harbor.

On the topic of overseas colonies: I think a good place where we could encourage new people to settle would be Labrador. There at a few provinces there so there would be cooperation available. Additionally, it's not as distant as India and there aren't any countries in the way to run interference. It may not be as popular as India, or as vast, but it might be a good place to start.

I've had some communications with the Spanish. Either they are trying to lull me into a sense of security or they dont have any intentions of attacking me. Even still, I'm focusing on getting ready to build a land force. I dont have any oil or fuel production yet, nor large reserves of anything valuable, so dont feel a rush to ride on down with anything on some costly and fruitless transport mission.

But to be honest, I think that Spain isnt much of a threat. Sure they could knock out Gibraltar, but their north coast looks wide open.

We could let them have Gibraltar and exchange it for Tetouan (just below). Same advantage for us but allot easier to defend.

Also at the moment 1 ship is blocking suez canal. I can imagine allot of people wanting this canal if they can grab it with minimal effort.

Oh I assume we will invade Ireland (if its active any time) For extra land next to the UK....  oh


It just occurred to me anyone we are at war with could alt account Ireland and have plenty of time to build it up as an attack platform before they became active... That could be painfull.
