Maybe...

But maybe not...

Btw, my beekeeper is walking around, but it says he has an infection? Anything I can do for him?

Make a hospital, bed, traction bench adjacent to it (if one is available), water source e.t.c.

Be sure to make your diagnoser novice butcher the chief medical dwarf!
Otherwise. No, the beekeeper is doomed.
On the plus side, you can build a large wicker dwarf and sacrifice him to Armok for good corn harvests... DF doesn't have corn?

I've got all those things already. If my dwarves would only recover some freaking tallow from the corpses I've had butchered, I'd have soap too.

Oh then I believe the problem is that your dwarf isn't unconscious. They have to be unconscious before a Dwarf decides to help them.

So you'll have to wait for the Dwarf to pass out from the pain, fall asleep, or fall asleep.

Or you know, get molested by ghosts.

That happens way to much in my fortress. I've pretty much given up on trying to get rid of the restless haunts, they just give dwarfs bad thoughts, and as long as there's like 20 ghosts on the map, no more will spawn.

Sorry for jinxing you guys.  I take full responsibility if 20 angry ghosts spawn and beat the shit out of your dwarves.

They'll have to wait in line, there's a queue of about 90 ghosts in the mosh pit hospital.

So who's turn is it next? (Btw Aussie, can I be put on the player list? I might be making my own parallel reclaim, but that doesn't mean I don't want to participate in the community reclaim.)

It's Keldane's turn. And Keldane, you shouldn't have to ask that question. No hacking, no cheating. Only losing.

Also, I was right that Mego's save was screwed.

Now now, normal numbers of dwarves, just like everyone else =)
What about starting with extra dwarves? I asked before, but no one replied. =P
If it's in the vanilla game, you can.  If it's something in the raws, well... I might say yes to this if Mego's attempt fails.
I'm waiting on Aussie to make the final call, and I do see which way the wind is blowing. =P

As for how it's done, I believe the current version of DF Hack has a way to do it. Failing that, the method I'm familiar with involves using HexEdit to modify the .exe, as described in this thread.

The ruling is:  No hacking, as Archeron did prove it was reclaimable with seven dwarves.  I would suggest you follow his idea and attack with seven militiadwarves though.  Probably the only way to get inside the place safely.

Added.  You're Turn 16, Archereon

Make all your militiadwarves spear dwarves, spears are the best weapon against FBs. If none appear immediately, send some dwarves to dig a small proxy fort nearby, that's how I did it. So far most of the fortress, besides the flooded parts are secure, though I only found 1 FB in this current version (though in the iteration that crashed, I fought three in quick succession, and my militia dwarves won, although they were afflicted by Sox's poison.)

PS: I only had 2 speardwarves.
