Hello everyone!  Chicken Feat, made by me, has just been released!
Very competitive action game in which you collect yellow eggs and return them to your base as a Chicken.
Maybe take a few minutes to try the game out, you do require a BYOND key to rank on the scoreboard.

Hope everyone enjoys it.  I know that using BYOND is a major turn-off, but it doesn't act like a 'typical' BYOND game.

Keep this in mind:  Not everything is complete as this is a beta, there are a few things that aren't done yet but will be finished in the next update.

You can carry more than one, just a by the way.
But don't fear, this is only the first set of maps, the ones designed so that you can get used to the tempo/controls.
Later map sets will contain gimmicks that'll make the game a bit more difficult to get perfect timings.

To be honest, the gameplay itself doesn't really sound fun to play at all.

Of course, the first set of maps is quite dull, but that's because the concept is quite easy to understand.
You'd feel the same way if you had to play through a tutorial of a game you've been playing for years, as you already understand the gameplay and just want to get into the interesting parts.
Once I get the next few map sets out there'll be more than just running back and forth.

While I understand the pride of creation, you perhaps jumped the gun a bit.  What you're showing us is barely worth the time taken to view the video.  There is no content and the game has apparently zero replay value.  I'm sure it can have a lot of content and skill and whatnot, but right now it simply doesn't, and we're not going to congratulate you for making something basic because this isn't grade school "good job" zone.

Not to be rude (ok maybe a little) but come back with something impressive and we shall be impressed.

And I can see that you want more substance, so I'll work on that.

See, we can't really give an opinion other than "Doesn't have a lot of gameplay in it" mainly because it doesn't yet.

It's kind of pointless to post a barebones version of a game with simple gameplay and ask an opinion of it.

I have less of an opinion and more of a question:

What is the intended appeal of your game? I'm curious what you're actually trying to go for here. Any explanation into the design process would probably help us figure out what you're trying to do, because at the moment, it's hard to tell.

Yes, "feat" is a close synonym with adventure.

Not really, no. A "feat" is more like, I don't know... an accomplishment, or an extraordinary deed. Not really synonymous at all.
