Ok following Ideas:

Ranged Weaponry:

Navy Combat Shotgun
Upgrades:
Tactical Launcher Upgrade
with 3 Experimental Purgation Grenades

Sororitas Hand Flamer ( Storming at somebody screaming the Litany of FUry while Dual-Wielding a Handflamer AND a Chainaxe...that is just awesome)
Upgrades:
Consecrated Mechanisms

Melee Weaponry:

Chainaxe ( For the Extra Power behind each swing)
Upgrades:
High Torque Motor ( Orks have been mentioned to often lately and if i think that we have to break through the armor of a Nob then we need MOAR power)

Regalia

Warp-touched Rosarius
Regimental Dueling Gauntlets
Ceramite Reinforcements (An ablative Armour won't save us from Ork Weaponry or Tyranid Claws, While Ceramite will also save us from the occasional Eldar Shuriken or the Traitor Lasgun)
Inscription of Resilence
Nanoweave Underlay(Armoured Greatcoat ftw)

I approve of the shoulderpads, the ceramite reinforcement and the lightweight frame for our chainsword, but I say that we take the Regimental Hotshot Laspistol and either the Light Nanoweave Underlay or Ablative Plates. I'm leaning to the Ablative plates personally, since that will lessen impact from bullets, fists, charging tyranids etc.

I say this with the Ablative plates, because our armor will be taking the hits anyway, and for anything that could punch through a ceramite plate we would need the protection.

I agree with the Chainaxe idea.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Ok, I think we are all a bit confused as to how many upgrades we can get. Do you mean:

1. 5 upgrades TOTAL (ie, take just 5 from all the trees combined and thats it)

2. 5 upgrades from each tree

3. Something in between the above two.

Some clarification please?

then pick any five items or upgrades.
I believe that means five items from the set of "items and upgrades", so it should be number 1.

I suggest ceramite reinforcement, lightweight frame, hotshot laspistol, ablative plating, and high-torque motor.

In any case it would be a battle of critical thinking and I refuse to fight an unarmed individual.

It's FIVE total, overall, across all categories. The experimental grenades are lifetime-supplies, and you can pick up normal frag/krak/smoke/etc anywhere.

Remember your present equipment consists of your laspistol, sabre, chainsword and boltpistol.

Apparently having a redundant creature entry causes the game to say, "Oh, look, it's crazy world now. Nothing makes sense! Alligators live in houses!"

ceramite reinforcement, lightweight frame, hotshot laspistol, ablative plating, and warp-touched rosarius.

And for our loadout on missions, take the hotshot pistol, chainsword (of course), shotgun and bolt pistol, as well as our knife which we never use. Other than that, I agree with this:

In that case, I suggest:

ceramite reinforcement, lightweight frame, hotshot laspistol, ablative plating, and warp-touched rosarius.

That's four weapons at once! Unacceptable! Your back would cave in like a heretic's faith!

Unless challenged, this is what you get:

In that case, I suggest:

ceramite reinforcement, lightweight frame, hotshot laspistol, ablative plating, and warp-touched rosarius.

Why does everyone want to take the warp-touched rosarius? Oh well, guess that's what we are getting then.

You can try using your force of personality to make them choose a different item. What's your Charisma score?
