Well, that wasn't very helpful, thought Wash.

Leave the bomber hidden in the ravine. The Vanguard and I will launch a low-altitude assault, using the terrain to hide us from sensors for as long as possible, swarming the frigate at the last moment. Missiles will be used against shield generators and weapons, and my gatling cannons will target sensor arrays, fuel lines, viewports, anything that might have weaker armor.

The Avenger will ascend to high altitude once the battle is joined, and keep an eye open for further threats.

The morning after...

Sai'oda awoke before Scarin. who appeared to be deep in reptilian slumber. She was surprised to see how vulnerable he had left himself now, compared to last night...then again, they had both trusted each other, hadn't they?

She hurriedly dressed, pausing to write a quick note...

Last night was great.

I don't suppose we will have the chance to ever meet again-we both enjoy pretty dangerous lives, after all, and nothing is promised to use but the moment-but it is a pretty big galaxy...maybe we'll run into each other again. I hope so. Keep yourself safe, yeah?

,...before escaping through the window. The dawn light stung her multiple eyes. Ow. She needed to recuperate before the dinner party.

Action: Spend the day resting, and go to the dinner in a no-nonsense white military vest, pressed black pants, and cap.

Wash made it through three more levels before finally being blown up by a lucky heavy phasor strike. He then went back to the hotel room for some sleep.

The next day arrived, and sharply at 1600 he knocked on Varayis' door.

James wakes up beside Sam in his hotel suite. Looking at Sam peacefully sleeping he felt what he hasn't felt for 2 years, deep inner peace. He silently got out of bed and put some pants on before heading to the kitchen to make some breakfast, omlette with bacon, onions and herbs. He would also set the table before going to wash up.

Go to the dinner party with a black bowtie, cummerbund and tuxeto. Basically black tie event clothing while also having a white silk hankerchief in presidential fold. Do not forget to pick up Sam to go to the dinner with.

Sam shifted slightly and stretched, the morning sun's warmth on her face bringing her gently out of sleep. She rolled over and patted the bed a few times before realizing James had already gotten up; the smell of food cooking meant he had left to make breakfast. She smiled to herself and sat up, wrapping the blanket around her body for the moment. I think I'll take a shower while he's cooking. It would be a good start for the day, and any potential relationship talk could wait until later. At the very least, they had already made plans to go to the dinner together, and if he could promise an evening similar to last night's she wouldn't exactly put up a fuss about heading back to his hotel room.

Attend dinner with James in this dress, since Asari have a certain stereotype of elegance to uphold.

Wash opens the door and peeks inside.

"Hello? Lt. Varayis? You asked me to come here about the party."

She is wearing a singlet, grey camo pants, and, a beret. Dark blue, for the Marines.

She reaches into a bag, pulls out a black belt with a shiny buckle, a shoulder pad that looks ceremonial, and a magnetic patch.

"Stand Still"

She begins attaching them all.

[Sirus]

Stands still.

"Go check it out" She indicates to a mirror

Well...it looked pretty good! Back on the Flotilla, only the admirals and some captains had such fancy uniforms.
