Sam checked her omni-tool as she listened to the others talk. Formal wear? I didn't bring any... I bet there's a shop around here somewhere that sells appropriate clothing, though. Maybe I'd better ask what kind of formal is appropriate. She opened up the text program on her omni-tool.

Sam closed her omni-tool for the moment. All right then, should be easy enough to find a clothing store with my sizes. She turned her attention back to James. "Well, Sarah may not be interested, but the offer still stands from me," she said, taking a sip from her drink. "Or we could... get out of here, if you'd rather," she said, tucking her hanging foot behind her calf.

She smiled, and listening, beeped her XO in a slightly inebriated state

Lt. Varayis noted that what happens on shore leave stayed on shore leave, and Samane nodded. "Works for me," she said, shifting a bit to get more comfortable in her chair. "So, does anyone have any plans for what they want to do tonight? Because I thought that, now that I know you guys, I might just get drunk and party while we have the chance to," she said with a grin. She knew what the Asari reputation was among other races, and, well, she was kind of banking on it at the moment. Nothing worse than waking up in your own bed with a hangover after a night of partying, she felt.
